Maintenance and operation of NAD DG Sets at NAD power house at Dollygunj of capacity 2 x 75KVA round the clock, seven days a week incl Sundays/ Holidays (in there shift of 8 Hrs each) by deploying Three FGM (Skilled) operator in Three shifts (one FGM per shift) as per manufacturer's manual by switching on DG Set manually bringing to correct speed, adjust voltage and frequency on panel board for taking up the pre determined load all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Maintenance & operation of Central AC plant of capacity 3 x 36 TR at NTS Teylerabad round the clock, seven days a week incl Sundays/ Holidays (in three shift of 8 Hrs each) by deploying Three Ref. Mech (Skilled) SK operator in Three shifts (one Ref. Mech per shift) including operation of condensers, pumpsets, cooling tower, AHU and electrical panel etc., and maintaining the inside design condition (Temperature and Humidity) and recording all necessary reading in the log sheets etc all as directed by Engr-in-charge. Note: This item will be operated after 18 Jun 2020. No. of shifts may change as per actual site condition.

Maintenance & operation of NAD central AC plant of capacity 3 x 8.5 TR one no as stand by, 02 Nos of AC plants at the same place at NAD Dollygunj round the clock, seven days a week incl Sundays/ Holidays (in three shift of 8 Hrs each) by deploying Three Ref. Mech (Skilled) SK operator in Three shifts (one Ref. Mech per shift) including maintenance of condensers, pumpsets, cooling tower, AHU and electrical panel etc. maintaining the inside design condition (Temperature and Humidity) and recording all necessary reading in the log sheets etc all as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Note for item 2 & 3: (i) The operator will check for leak of the system every day and if any leakage found the same shall be attended immediately by the contractor and ensure that no gas loss from the system.

Note for Ser item No 1 to 3:- (i) All necessary T&P including uniform shall be provided by the contractor to the operators at no extra cost. The rates for the same is deemed to be included in the unit rates quoted. (ii) The contractor will provide of all the necessary stationery such as log book, attendance register etc. to the operator for maintaining the plant running record. The rates for the same is deemed to be included in the unit rates quoted. (iii) suitable reliever to be provided during off shift operator. (iv) The contractor is advised to study the whole tender carefully before quoting the rates, in this regard special attention is to be given in Particular Specifications.

Note:- (i) The successful contractor after acceptance and prior to commencement of work shall produce valid electrical license issued by concerned State Government/ Union Territory in the name of the contractor or copy of agreement with any other agency having valid Electrical License issued by concerned State Government/ Union Territory along with copy of that agency's electrical license to this office with copy of HQ CWE, Port Blair. (ii) The contractor shall also produce the competency certificate issued by concerned State Government/ Union Territory of the supervisor employed to supervise the electrical works. (iii) The contractor shall also produce necessary permit issued by concerned State Government/ Union Territory of the workers/ tradesmen employed for executing the electrical works.
