Providing and fixing 35mm thick panelled & glazed shutters for doors, windows & clerestory windows including ISI marked M.S Butt hinges bright finished of required size with necessary screws excluding panelling which will be paid for separately, all complete as per direction of engineer-in charge. 12mm cement plaster of mix 1:4 (1 cement: 4 fine sand).

Providing and applying plaster of Paris putty of 2mm thickness over plastered surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete.

Distempering with oil bound washable distemper of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade (Two or more coats on new work).

Applying priming coat with ready mixed pink or grey primer of approved brand and manufacture on woodwork (hard and soft wood).

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give and even shade. (Two or more coats on new work). on wood work

Finishing walls with acrylic smooth exterior paint of required shade on new work (Two or more coats applied @ 1.67 lt/10 sqm over & including base coat of water proofing cement paint applied @ 2.20Kg/10sqm.

Providing 40X5mm flat iron hold fast 40cm long including fixing to frame with 10mm diameter bolts , nuts & wooden plugs and embeddings in cement concrete block 30x10 x15cm 1:3:6 mix (1 cement: 3coarse sand:6graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size)

Providing/fixing ISI marked Brass tower bolts (Barrel type) with necessary screws etc. Complete.

Providing and fixing of bright finished brass handles with screws etc.

Structural steel work welded in built up sections, trusses & framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position & applying a printing coat of approved steel primer all complete

Providing corrugate G.S. sheet roofing including vertical/ curved surface fixed with polymer coated J or L hooks, bolts and nuts 8mm diameter with bitumen and G.I limpet washers a coat of approved steel primer and two coats or approved paint on overlapping of sheets complete (up to any pitch in horizontal/vertical or curved surface) excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and shape wherever required.(1.00mm thick with zinc coating not less than 275gm/m2)

Providing ridges or hips of width 60cm overall width plain G.S sheets fixed with polymer coated J or L hooks bolts & nuts, 8mm dia G.I limpet & bitumen washers complete. The job also includes handling charges and all sorts of carriages upto the site of work.The job is to be carried out under the supervision of site-incharge. (0.63 mm thick zinc coated not less than 275gm/m2 )

Providing and fixing of hand rail of approved size by welding etc. to steel ladder railing, balcony railing and staircase railing and similar work including applying a priming coat of approved steel primer. M.S tube (medium) 40mm nominal bore.

Providing and fixing of curtain rods of 1.25mm thick chromium plated brass plate with two chromium plated brass brackets with C.P brass screws and wooden plugs etc, wherever necessary complete. 25mm dia.

Finishing walls with acrylic smooth exterior paint of required shade on new work (Two or more coats applied @ 1.67 lt/10 sqm over & including base coat of water proofing cement paint applied @ 2.20Kg/10sqm.

Painting with ready mixed synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture in all shades to give an even shade. New steel work (Two or more coats on new work)

Removing dry or oil bound distemper, water proofing cement paint and the like by scraping and sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc. complete.

Distempering with Ist quality acrylic washable distemper(ready made)of approved manufacturer and of required shade and colour complete, as per manufacturer’s specification. One or more coats on old work.

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade. (one or more coats on old work).

Finishing walls exterior with acrylic (Excel) of required shade old work one or more coats, so as to give an even shade. The job is to be carried out as per directions of site in-charger.

Providing and fixing of double scaffolding system (cup lock type) on the exterior side of building/structure, up to 25 mtrs height above ground level including additional rows of scaffolding in stepped manner as per requirement of site. The job includes fixing and removal of the complete scaffolding including the carriage charges up to the site of work and is to be carried out as per direction of site in-charge.

Chequerred precast cement concrete tiles 22mm thick in footpath and courtyard jointed with neat cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the tiles, including rubbing and cleaning etc. complete on 20mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand).
