PROVISION OF SERVICES FOR MAINTENANCE AND OPERATION OF ELECTRIC SUPPLY INSTALLATION AT EAST AREA OF AF STATION JALAHALLI

MAINTENANCE AND OPERATION of Electric instalations under AGE E/M East Jalahalli round the clock(24 hours) in all days including Sunday and all National holidays by employing Electricians (SKILLED PERSONS) for Maintenance and operaton of external electrical distribution system as HT RMU,VCB,GOD,over had lines under ground cables, Transformers, two pole & four pole structure, distribution transformer and street light including connected items installed at various location at Jalahalli East area. The Tradesman shall keep the installation clean and tidy and rectify the minor defects of equipments responsible and report to JE E/M in charge immediately to avoid break down of power supply all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge and as specified. Note (a) The contractor shall employ Three(03) Electricians (SKILLED PERSONS) per shift in THREE LOCATIONS(one person per shift for 03 shift in a day three location as under (i) Range pump house Gangamma Offrs enclave (ii) ETI , E&ITI & 16TS (iii) Main power house. (b) The contractor shall arrange alternate person of respective trade during absence and leave period of existing electrician. (c) Contractor has to arrange Uniform, Tools, Safety belts, gum boots, glouse, torch, rain coat and ladder etc for duty personnel. (d) The trade personnel employed above shall be willing to work in any location specified above for same nature of work. (e) Total number of Electrician(Skilled) 09 Nos per day. SHIFT DUTY TIMING:- 1st Shift : 0600 hrs to 1400 Hrs. 2nd Shift : 1400 Hrs to 2200 Hrs, 3rd Shift: 2200 Hrs to 0600 Hrs. (f) Duty electrician has to confirm BESCOM during power supply failure and inform to JE E/M/ AGE E/M.

MAINTENANCE AND OPERATION of of DG Sets installation at signal exchange under AGE E/M East Jalahalli in one shift (i.e 0900 to 1700 hours) in all days including Sunday and all National holidays by employing Diesel Engine Operator (FGM) 1N0 (SKILLED PERSON) for Maintenance and operation of DG set including connected items installed at signal exchange Jalahalli East area. The tradesman shall keep the installation clean and tidy. He shall rectify the minor defects of equipments responsible and report to JE E/M in charge immediately to avoid break down of power supply all as directed by Engr-in-Charge and as specefied. Note : - (a) The contractor shall employ one FGM per shift per day at Signal exchange Jalahalli East (b) The Contractor shall arrange alternate person of respective trade during absence and leave period of existing FGM. (c) Contractor has to arrange Uniform, tools, gum boots and torche etc. for duty personnel. (d) The trade personnel employed above shall be willing to work in any location specefied above for same nature of work. (e) DHPP will be issued by department. (f) Fuel and lubricants required will be provided at site by the department. (g) Diesel Engine Operator shoud have qualification in ITI in Diesel Engine Machanic or five year experience in the relavent field. (h) Checking and topping up of engine oil in sump.
