Supply, installation, commissioing and testing of high wall BEE 5 star air conditioner split type with outdoor unit and cordless remote control and with in built air ioniser and plasma filter for better indoor air quality with CFC refrigerant, 1.5 Tonne capacity complete, comprising of the following:- (a) Room evaporaive indoor unit with speed blower fan of appropriate capacity including PCB, thermostatic control, air filter and drain for condensing water. (b) Out door condensing unit of capacity 18000 BTU/Hr capacity with condenser fan motor of appropriate capacity - 01 No air cooled condenser of 1.5 TR capacity - 01 No shall be installed out side the building on and including suitable factory made mild steel brackets fixed on wall using fastners for fixing and installation of AC's. (c) Refrigerant copper pipe of suction and discharge line with insulation, condensing water drain pipe & protected by suitable size of flexible PVC conduit with control valves & safety accessories including control wiring for evaporator & condensing unit with suitable size of copper cable shall be fixed. (d) Making good the distrubed surface to match the existing surface after pluging the holes etc.

S&F in replacement sheet metal enclosure of two pin socket and chain plug cover type with 'C' series MCB single pole of 20 Amp breaking capacity 10 kA including electric connection complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Taking down/out from the existing position of split type AC's indoor & outdoor unit of capacity 1.5 / 2 TR, servicing the same by washing filters with soap solution jet followed by clean water, cleaning, drying, dusting with blower to complete assembly, checking wiring, replacement of air filter, worn out nuts, bolts, electric connections, tightening all loose parts for proper functioning, setting grills and fan blades including oiling, greasing/lubricating to moving parts and refixing to its original position and testing for smooth functioning complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge. Notes: (a) Entire work is to be carried out by the authorised technician of OEM only. (b) Cost of all T&P i.e. Blower, pressure pump, bucket, hose pipe etc is deemed to be included in the coated rates.

Disconnecting and taking down the unserviceable rotary compressor of the 1.5 ton split type air conditioner and S&F new rotary compressor, hermetically sealed including cutting, brazing, pressure testing and establishing vacuum for dehydration etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge

M&L for preparing the surfaces by scrapping out the old paint and painting with two coats of synthetic enamel paint inside & outside surface and applying two coats of rubber seal paint inside the water tank of desert cooler capacity upto 5000 cum per hour by spray painting including rewriting the MES/SM NO complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply, fixing and testing in replacement for PVC insulated cable of 3 core 1.5 Sq mm, FRLS 1100 Volts grade copper conductor, multistranded including testing complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply & fixing in replacement of old rusted front panel with show grill of desert cooler capacity 4000/5000 cum/hr with new grill made out of GI sheet 22 SWG complete with front panel and replacement of complete rusted cooler body, unserviceable fan motor of capacity 230 V and unserviceable water Pump of capacity 18/20 Watt & four speed regulator of approved make all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing in replacement of fan blade made of GI sheet of heavy duty for the desert cooler for any capacity complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and fixing in replacement PVC flexible rubber heavy duty pipe 15 mm dia for desert coolers complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and fixing in replacement PVC water distributor four way along with necessary PVC elbows threaded suitable for insertion in PVC pipe 15 mm dia for desert coolers complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Notes: The amount of Rs 9,850/- against schedule of credit given on Tender Serial Page No 32 shall be deducted from the total amount quoted by the contractor against BOQ while deriving the contract sum for acceptance.
