Supply and fix cable jointing kit for 11 KV grade cable for straight through heat shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE, armoured, Al conductor cable of size 120 to 185 sqmm, Indoor/Outdoor type complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer in Charge

Supply & Lay , testing and commissioning XLPE cable , PVC insulated, screened PVC bedded galvanised steel strip or wire armoured electric power cable, heavy duty with aluminium conductor 11000 Volts grade (earthed), 3 core 120 sqmm laid in trenches/floor/duct/fixed on poles/through GI tubing in different locations / areas complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer in Charge

M & L for Earthing complete with GI earth plate, electrode,600x600x6.0 mm thick burried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25m deep below normal ground level) filled with common salt and charcoal and connected to GI earth strip 32x 6 mm thick dia by means of GI nuts, bolts, & washers as shown in electrical plate No. 5 of SSR Part-I and Connected to earthing test point all as specified and including necessary PCC earth pit chamber of 1:3:6 and chamber cover of 50mm thick PCC 1:2:4 with 6mm dia mild steel reinforcement of 10 cm c/c spacing both ways in lieu of CI cover, watering arrangement shall be made with GI pipe light grade of 20mm dia including funnel and protection to earth lead shall be provided with GI pipe light grade 40 mm dia unto 7.5 from the earth plate electrode & refilling of soil etc including necessary excavation & earth work in any strata and PCC chamber all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge including demolish existing earth pit taking out old materials complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. .

Supply, install, testing and commissioning of CPRI approved HT Feeder pillar Box outdoor type 11KV 50 HZ 3 Phase of suitable size not less than (1500x1500x1200 mm) duly powder coated with copper bus bar of 60x5 mm incl suitable insulators. It comprises following accessories such as totally enclosed self supporting structure / cubicle, fully compartmentalized type, weather proof, suitable for outdoor type, bottom cable entry with suitable cable glands ,CRCA steel sheet of thickness 3.15 mm with suitable angle iron frame work and legs of ISA 50x50x5 mm, with four legs grouted to PCC (1:2:4) type B1, foundation block with suitable mounting arrangement for bus bars with sloping canopy at top, double hinged doors at front with suitable locking arrangement,sheet will be treated under 8 - tank metal treatment process, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge

Excavation in trenches not exc 1.5 Mtr wide and not exc 1.5 Mtr deep in hard/dense soil getting out and levelling of bottom surface to required level for laying of UG cable complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge

Excavation in trenches not exc 1.5 Mtr wide and not exc 1.5 Mtr deep in soft/disintegrated rock getting out and levelling of bottom surface to required level for laying of UG cable. .

Returning filling in excavated earth work including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers n.exc 25cm thick in any strata complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge

Removing excavated soil to a distance n.exc 50m, depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5M above the starting point complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge

M & L for cutting of road crossing/PCC hard standing, under boundary wall for laying of pipe/cable including making good the existing surface with same finish to match the original finish complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.
