M&L for Cleaning of semi under ground water sumps of 50000 Glns capacity by removing residual/balance water, taking out solid residual loose dirt, scales, mud, fungus, vegetation growth, scrubbing the complete inner surface of wall and floor with wire brushes and cleaning with water and again cleaning and washing completely using bleaching powder and fresh water, drying the entire surface and applying two coats of lime wash internally and writing the date of cleaning on external surfaces with thick synthetic enamel paint in bold Capital letters (not exceeding 15 cm high) once in six month complete all as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for disconnecting existing PVC water tanks of capacity 1000 ltrs, setting aside (or lowering if requried) cleaning and removing all scale & dirt etc., from tanks and mouths of circulating pipes etc., by using bleaching powder and writing/marking MES Number and date of cleaning on external surfaces with thick synthetic enamel paint in bold Capital letters (not exceeding 15 cm high) and hoisting if requried, re-connecting and re-fixing in position complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for construction of Valve chamber of internal dimension/size 600 x 600 x 600 mm, with 200mm thick pre-cast PCC solid block masonry (made of PCC (1:3:6) type C-1 : using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) wall in cement mortar (1:6), with 1.6 mm thick MS sheet cover, fixed with 25x25x6 mm stiffner welded around, welded over angle iron frame of size 65 x 65 x 6 mm with locking arrangements including applying two coats of first grade synthetic enamel paint (of approved tint) over a coat of red oxide primer on steel surfaces, necessary earth work in soft/loose soil with and including 100 mm thick PCC (1:3:6) Type C-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregete) as in foundation, 50 mm thick PCC (1:2:4),Type B-1 (using 20mm graded stone agregate) as in coping on top including rendering 10mm thick in cement mortar (1:6), finished even and fair and applying three coats of white wash on exposed surfaces, complete including demolition of existing unserviceable valve chamer complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. (The chamber shall be 150 mm above the ground level).
