Taking down carefully old unservicable copper/ Aluminium point wiring (light, fan, socket or power) complete fitting such as switches, ceiling roses, holder pandants, sockets regulators, bell push etc) and making good disturbed surfaces of walls including necessary touch up with the adjoining surfaces of disturbed area i.e. with OBD/colour wash/white wash as the existing finish complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for point wiring complete, stranded copper conductor 1.5 Sqmm nominal area PVC insulated FRLS 1100 volts grade electrical cable in but with through existing concealed PVC/ MS conduit and including replacement of modular sunken pressed steel terminal boxes 2mm thick of required size and modular white cover plate with all accessories including 1.5 sqmm stranded copper conductor PVC unsheathed cable earth wire to common earth and connected to earth dolly complete and making good to disturbed surface of walls including necessary touch up with adjoining surface of disturbed area i.e with OBD/colour work/white wash as existing finishes complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note:- Contractor will apply one layer of greese over specification plate / any written letter before painting and clean the same after painting, rates for the same is deemed to be included in the item quoted rates.

Supply, fixing and testing cable junction box MS distribution board type of Size 240 MM X 130 MM X 110 MM cucbical floor mounted type made out of 3.15 mm thick CRCA sheet duly powder coated complete with aluminium bus bar 4 Nos 415 Volts 50 Hz suitable for 40 amps mounted on epoxy based post insulators and provsion of MCB SP of 6 Amp duly fixed on pole with suitable Clamp with Nuts & Bolts etc in replacement of old u/s cable junction box complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Note:- The contract sum shall be after deducting the amount of Credit shown in Credit Schedule of this Tender.
