Drilling trial bore well vertically by using high speed high power DTH(Down the hole) drilling or any other approved latest method of drilling of size not less than 6½"(inch) dia as per site requirements, through any type of soil / rock strata such as hard soil, loamy soil, sandy clay, red clay, moorum, weathered rock, hard rock, lightly fractured rock, pebbeled rock, or any other geological formation at given location as per item No.1 here-in-above marked point all as specified in IS-2800 and as specified and directed for depth n. exc 200 mtrs below ground level complete all as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note - The Firm shall initially use higher size drill bit upto 10" size in the loose soil and upto hard rock all as per site requirement and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. The cost for the same is deemed to be included in the quoted rate of this item.

Drilling of trial borewell vertically by using high speed high power DTH(down the hole) drilling or any other approved latest method of drilling of size 6½" (inch) dia for depth exceeding 200 mtrs and not exceeding 400mtrs below ground level complete all as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Drilling of trial borewell vertically by using high speed high power DTH(down the hole) drilling or any other approved latest method of drilling of size 6½" (inch) dia for depth exceeding 400 mtrs and not exceeding 500mtrs below ground level complete all as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Notes for item No. 2 to 4 :- (i) Collection and submitting of soil strata at every 10 mtrs depth and every change in strata for entire depth of borewell contained in suitable hard wood box of suitable size for each sample and box shall be fixed with 3mm thick plain glass in front side and writing the details as directed. (ii) Location of bore well and depth to be dug as recommended by CGWB or BWSSB or any Agency as approved by Govt of India or State Govt body. (iII) Removal of mud/slurry from the site shall be deemed to be included in the quoted unit rate. (Iv) The rate quoted is deemed to include for hire charges of rig, T&P, machinery, fuel charges, labour, consumables, transportation, drilling and operation including use and waste of all necessary appliances and materials in all respects to entire satisfaction of complete work all as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying, Fixing and testing MS reducer, bail plug, well cap, heavy duty MS iron clamps -02 Nos, MS chain of suitable size from top of borewell, MS clamp to bottom of submersible pump and motor in the borewell (length of chain as required at site as per the depth of item 2 to 4 above) as per site requirements complete as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Development of yielded Borewell with compressed air by means of air compressor of suitable capacity and over pumping using suitable capacity pump set till the clear water is received in all respects to entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge. Note :- (i) Collecting water samples in clean bottle / jar from borewell and getting tested for chemical, bacteriological analysis and PH value from Govt laboratory and submitting the report shall be measured and paid separately under relevent item.

Material and labour for Conducting chemical/bacteriological test of water sampe including PH value through laboratroy of state/central govt approved testing laboratory and submission of test reports to entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.

Carrying out yield test (V-notch type) of bore well continously for 8 hours in the presence of departmental representative to determine safe pumping yield / pumping capacity and submitting the test report complete all as specified and directed. Note: T&P required for yield testing shall be arranged by the contractor without any extra cost to Govt.

Supply, lowering, installation PVC casing Pipe 250 mm dia 10 kg/sqcm, ISI marked heavy duty conforming to IS: 12818 including all connected accessories and fixing arrangement duly reaming bore hole with T&P / machinery fixed in vertical position in bore well complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, lowering, installation MS casing Pipe dia 07'' (inch), 2 mm thickness medium grade of any ISI marked upto hardrock including all connected collar cap, accessories and fixing arrangement duly reaming bore hole with T&P / machinery as per site requirement complete all as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply, lowering, installation PVC slotted pipes 125 mm (5") dia 6kg/sqcm, ISI marked heavy duty conforming to IS: 12818, including all connected accessories and fixing arrangement duly reaming bore hole with T&P / machinery fixed in vertical position in bore well complete all as specified and directed.

Supply , lowering, installing, testing and commissioning of Submersible pump set, vertical type, multi stage with copper wound brass impllers duly coupled to submersible motors electric driven 6 HP(minimum capacity as per yield of borewell) 415 Volts, 3Phase, 50 Hz suitable to meet the head and discharge of the above borewell after yield testing,including connecting of pipes and electic connections, starter having dry run, over current and phase reversal safety features complete all as specified and directed. Note: Contractor shall submit techincal literature of submersible pumpset for approval of GE. Make: KIRLOSKAR / CG / JYOTHI/ GRUNDFOS

Supply , lowering, installing, testing and commissioning of Submersible pump set, vertical type, multi stage with copper wound brass impllers duly coupled to submersible motors electric driven 5 HP, 415Volts, 3Phase, 50 Hz suitable to meet the head and discharge of the existing borewell and electic connections, starter having dry run, over current and phase reversal safety features complete all as specified and directed. Note: Contractor shall submit techincal literature of submersible pumpset for approval of GE. Make: KIRLOSKAR / CG / JYOTHI/ GRUNDFOS

Supply and laying flat submersible copper conductor cable 1100 volt grade, PVC insulated and PVC sheathed with multi stranded copper conductor of size 6.0 sq mm, 3 core single length without joints complete all as specified and directed.

Supplying, lowering and fixing High density polyethylene pipes (HDPE) 50mm dia of pressure rating 20 kg/cm2 and lowering into bore well all as directed.

S&F GI tubing medium grade 50 mm dia in floor/ trenches /walls with all fittings complete all as specified and as directed. Note :-1. Excavation & earthwork will be measured and paid seperatly under respective item of schedule. 2. MS clamps , nuts, bolts & washers etc are included in the rates quoted.

Cutting of bituminous road / floor for laying of new GI Pipe not exceeding 1.5 meter wide and not exceeding 1.5 metre deep watering well ramming / compacting and making good with PCC 1;3;6,type C-1complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note : PCC 1:3:6 shall be measured and paid under the respective item of the work.

Material and labour for PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate in floors for ducts / floors / road etc all as per site requirement complete as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and fix Non return valve medium grade 50mm size galvanised iron with fitting complete as specified and as directed.

S&F gun metal globe or gate valve ISI marked with iron wheel head, screwed both ends for iron pipes fixed with suitable union suitable for 50 mm dia pipe all as specified and as directed.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth for laying of pipe lines etc and getting out in hard/dense soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick with excavated soils complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing the excavated materials to a distance not exceeding 50 m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 m above the starting point all as specified and as directed.

Supply install, fixing, connections,Testing and commissiong of sewage monobloc pump set electrical driven heavy duty 3 phase 415V, pump suctionn size 125 mm delivery size 100 mm, total head 20 metre discharge 65 LPS all as per site requirements complete and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.Note - The quoted firm shall have a visit sewage installation before quoting their rate.
