Comprehensive maintenance of installed lift in reliable, safe and efficient operation condition through MOU with OEM by regularly examining, lubricating and ajusting the equipments and carry out planned maintenance in systematic and controlled manner for lifts with electric power operated doors, auto electric leveling device installed complete all as specified and directed for 01 Nos lift at New SRE Building, Pocket-I, Ground + five floor lift (Total six landings) of 08 passengers capacity. Make: Johnson (Ser No LE-6686) Note : (i) The contractor will have to submit MOU as given on page No 107 to 109. (ii) Contractor will conclude AMC with OEM and copy of the agreement will be submitted to Engr-in-Charge and GE before commencement of AMC. No payment will be made to contractor without submission of valid AMC agreement. (iii) The above maintenance will include complete maintenance of existing lift by regularly and systematically examining adjusting fabricating as required for smooth and functioning of the equipment/lift. The cost of all spares including ARD and maintenance items rewinding, repair of motor shall be deemed to be included in the rates quoted by the contractor. (iv) Contractor will prominently display his contact/mobile number and OEM contact number inside and outside the lift on each lift for call in emergency. (v) All existing earthings of the lifts shall be maintained and made fully functional by the contractor to the entire satisfaction of the Engr-in-Charge.

Ditto all as per Item No 1 above but for 01 Nos lift at New ATC Building, Pocket-I, for Ground + three floor lift (Total four landings) of 08 passengers capacity. Make: Johnson (Ser No LG-4410)
