The surface to be polished is rubbed with sand paper 80/120 no. and then with sand paper of 160/180 nos. 2. Applying two coats of sealer with spray gun and allowing sufficient drying time for 1st coat and 2nd coat is allowed to dry for 8 to 12 hrs. 3. On drying of sealer coat, wet rubbing with emery cloth of finer grading with ample water to remove excess sealer layer and make the surface further smooth after this wet rubbing, then surface is applied with special grade PU fillers to fill all the small and big holes/grooves etc. Filler coat to be allowed to dry for 4 to 6 hrs on which again a light wet rubbing is done this surface is further allowed to dry for 12 hrs. 4. On this, 1st coat of PU polish is applied with spray gun using PU clear polish and PU thinner in required proportion. This 1st coat is allowed to dry for 24 hrs then this dry surface is again fine wet rubbed smooth, which is further allowed to dry for 12 hrs. The final PU polish is applied with compressor pressure spray gun using PU clear polish and PU thinner mixed in required proportion complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. Day-to-day operation & preventive maintenance services of Electrical installations at workplace including any or all from the set of services like technical inspection for fitness and operations of electrical installations, replacement of electrical fittings (luminiares, switches, wiring, fans etc.) as per periodicity defined in scope of work, operation of DG set and LT Breakers, checking and recording earth resistance and other periodical maintenance activities, machine operations as described in detailed scope of work and as per statutory requirements as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. The payment shall be done on monthly basis. (Any tools and plants such as screw driver, multimeter, tester, tool kit, etc. shall be arranged by the contractor at his own cost and no such tools and plants required for carrying out operations of repair and maintainance of electrical installations works shall be provided by CWC. It will be the responsibility of the contractor to provide his manpower with PPE kits, gloves, shoes, umbrella, torch etc as required by the manpower for smooth functioning).

Repair and maintenance of plumbing infrastructure at workplace as defined in scope of work including any or all from the set of services like pressure testing of already installed CPVC, PVC fittings, fixing of plumbing, ceramic, sanitary fittings, and operations of motors, including other ancilliary works as mentioned under detailed scope of work and as per the instructions of Engineer-in-charge. The scope of work for plumber will also include cleaning of under ground tank/over head tank at workplace at frequency defined in scope of work. The payment shall be done on monthly basis . (Any tools and plants such as drilling machine, cutter machine, wrench, etc shall be arranged by the contractor at his own cost and no such tools and plants required for carrying out operations of repair and maintainance of plumbing works shall be provided by CWC)

Carrying out special horticulture and housekeeping services of gutter/sewage chamber/drain/Rain water harvesting system/Sump well cleaning /downtake spout pipe cleaning/unclogging /Roof cleaning/Verrandah cleaning / Horticulture and housekeeping work Watering /leakage work/and any other works directed by engineer in charge for services of mate/ sewer man/helper/beldar/coolie or any other unskilled

Annual Maintenance of Transformer and VCB panel as per directions of EIC (Note - It will be the responsibility of the contractor to keep record of all relevant testing such as DG stack emission report, earth pit test etc. as required by the local administration and the contractor has to ensure that the results are within permissible limits)

Providing specialized Non-Comprehensive Annual Maintenance of HT Breaker panel with VCB, 1250 A, 11 KV, including calibration etc., (Make: AREVA) along with required material i.e. panel components, any spare part etc. as mentioned in the scope of work. The servicing shall include cost of consumables required at the time of servicing. Bill payment shall be done on a monthly basis post successful completion of monthly checks/services and enclosure of Monthly service report.

Providing specialized Non-Comprehensive Annual Servicing of 250 KVA, 11/0.433 KV Dry Type Transformer including periodical testing (Make-VOLTAMP) along with required material, any spare part etc. as mentioned in the scope of work. The servicing shall include cost of consumables as required at the time of servicing. Bill payment shall be done on a monthly basis post successful completion of monthly checks/services and enclosure of Monthly service report.

Comprehensive Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) for 125 kVA Diesel Generator Set (DG Set) including routine spares, consumables, preventive and breakdown maintenance

Non-comprehensive AMC of Fire fighting system installed at Regional Office Chandigarh including of wet riser system, internal hydrant system, sprinkler system, fire alarm and detection system, PA System and associated ancillary mechanical and electrical equipments, as per the scope of work and CPWD Specification. (Note: Payment shall be made on Monthly basis after satisfactory performance of service and submission of service reports for the month)

Description

Trenching in ordinary soil up to a depth of 60 cm including removal and stacking of serviceable materials and then disposing of surplus soil, by spreading and neatly levelling within a lead of 50 m and making up the trenched area to proper levels by filling with earth or earth mixed with sludge or / and manure before and after flooding trench with water (excluding cost of imported earth, sludge or manure).

Supplying and stacking of good earth at site including royalty and carriage upto 5 km lead complete (earth measured in stacks will be reduced by 20% for payment).
