Repair to plaster of thickness 12mm to 20 mm in patches of area 2.5 sqm and under, including cutting the patch in proper shape, raking out joints and preparing plastering the wall surface with white cement based polymer modified self curing mortar, including disposal of rubbish, all complete as per the direction of Engineer-In-Charge.

Dismantling precast concrete or stone slabs in walls, partition walls etc. including stacking within 50 metres lead :Thickness up to 40 mm

Dismantling W.C. Pan of all sizes including disposal of dismantled materials i/c malba all complete as per directions of Engineer-in Charge.

Dismantling tile work in floors and roofs laid in cement mortar including stacking material within 50 metres lead.

For thickness of tiles 10 mm to 25 mm

Demolishing brick tile covering in terracing including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead.

Providing and laying vitrified floor tiles of approve make and Brand in diffrence size (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to IS: 15622, of approved make, in all colours and shades, laid on 20mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand), including grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc., complete. Size of Tile 600x600 mm

25mm thick Kota stone slab flooring over 20 mm (average) thick base laid over and jointed with grey cement slurry mix with pigment to match the shade of slab including rubbing and polishing complete with base of cement mortar for 10 Sqm.

25mm thick Kota stone slab in riser of steps, skirting 1:3 (1 cement 4 coarse sand) and jointed with grey cement slurry mix with pigment to match the shade of slab including rubbing and polishing complete with base of cement mortar for 10 Sqm.
