Boring of 30cm dia piles of Double reamed of 75cm dia of bulb and 4.5m depth in black cotton soil with hand operated auger machine including all labour and T&P etc. for proper completion of work. As per IS Code 2911 ( Part-iii) 1980

Earth work in foundation of walls, piers, abutments etc. with disposal within 30-m lead and 1.5 m. lift-In Mar, Kabar and Rankar soil.

Providing and laying damp-proof course 50mm thick with cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources : 4 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size derived from natural sources).

Laying C.C. 1:2:4 per Cum i/c laying, ramming, curing and including cost of material, labour , T&P for proper comletion of work.

Providing and injecting chemical emulsion for preconstructional antitermite treatment and creating a chemical barrier under and alround the column pits wall trenches basement excavation top surface.

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting,bending, placing in position and binding all complete.(Mild steel and Medium Tensile steel bars)

Centering & shuttering for R.C.C. slabs, lintels & simple beams including all materials & T&P

R.C.C. work 1:1.5:3 per Cum i/c mixing laying and curing excluding centering,shuttering and reinforcement. and including cost of material, labour , T&P etc. With proper completion of work .

First class brick work in cement morter 1:4 (1cement: 4Sand) using 1st class building bricks i/c all cost of material,labour T&P etc.with proper ccompletion of work.

12.5 mm Thick cement Plaster in 1:4 cement mortar on brick masonry including cost of all material, labour & T&P required for completion of work .

Providing and fixing ISI marked flush door shutters conforming to IS :2202 (Part I) non-decorative type, core of block board construction with frame of 1st class hard wood and well matched teak 3 ply veneering with vertical grains or cross bands and face veneers on both faces of shutters.(35 mm thick including ISI marked Stainless Steel butt hinges with necessary screws)

Black Ganite( Polished) in big slab 20mm thick.

Providing and fixing 1 mm. thick M S. sheet garage door with frame of 40 x 40 x 6 mm.(1 1/2" x1 1/2" x 1/4") angle iron, 3.15 mm (1/8") thick M.S gusset plates at the junctions corners, including supply and fixing of necessary fittings, lock rail of 15" length of oxidised iron and including pintels, hooks at the top and applying a priming coat of red lead paint on all sides complete.

Supply of M.S. Angle iron door, windows ventilation frame made of approved M.S. angle iron wroght to required form including drilling hole, welding and recetting where necessary and also including supply of all material, such as steel hinges of required size, nut & bolts etc. and also including all taxes, wastage and one coat of red oxide paint complete in all respect as per direction of Engineer-in-charge for proper completion of work at site of work.

Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 1 mm, of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete.

Wall painting with premium acrylic emulsion paint of interior/exterior grade, having VOC (Volatile Organic Compound ) content less than 50 grams/ litre of approved brand and manufacture, including applying additional coats wherever required to achieve even shade and colour.with Two Coats.

Finishing walls with Premium Acrylic Smooth exterior paint with Silicone additives of required shade:New work (Two or more coats applied @ 1.43 ltr/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/10 sqm)

Electrification Work (Havells/RR/Finolex lifeline wire,switchs and other component)

Water supply & sanitary installation (Vectus,Apollo,Supreme,CERA Etc.)

MS Railing for Stairs with including all Material neccesary equpiment and labour etc.

Providing & Laying ( White/ Colured) Kajariya tiles, Ramano tiles florring over 20mm (av.) thick base of cement morter 1:4 (1 Cement: 4 Coarse sand ) laid and jointed with white cement ( with pigment ) slurry including rubbing and polishing complete.
