Anti Smog Gun with following technical specifications as per Industry Standards:- i.T hrow of Machine Should be minimum 20 meter while in operation. ii.S pray tank capacity of the vehicle should be minimum 1000 Ltr. and tank must be made from stainless steel to avoid rusting for a longer life. iii.T he size of water droplets/ particles released while operation should be minimum 10-30 microns to mitigate the dust particles with maximum water consumption of 12 LPM only. iv.T he cannon should be able to rotate at 320 degree horizontally and -10 degree to 45 degree vertically automatically while in operation. v.T he capacity of power generator fitted in the vehicle should be minimum 6 KVA. vi.T he control panel fitted in the vehicle should be as per IP-55 with auto control mode to avoid manual controlling while operation. vii.T he length of spray hose should be minimum 10 meter with spray nozzle to give the machine a larger throw. viii.T he vehicle should have a pressurized rear road sprinkler to make vehicle give ability for rear sprinkling in three sides. ix.T he gross weight of the vehicle should be about 990 kgs and the vehicle should be CNG driven with three wheel chassis. x.T he vehicle should have minimum engine power of 9.3 HP to make it able to give min. 3400 rpm capacity. xi.T he minimum torque generated by vehicle should be 23.5 Nm as per industry standards. xii.T he chassis of vehicle should contain single cylinder water cooled engine. xiii. TThe wheel base of the vehicle should be minimum 2420 mm with overall width of 1480 mm and overall length of 3460 mm as per industry standards. xiv. The overall height of the vehicle should be minimum 1700 mm with a turning radius of 3700 mm as per industry standards. xv. TThe chassis of the vehicle must be certified from ARAI xvi. (Automotive Research Association of India) or from ICAT (International Centre for Automotive Technology) as per latest industry standards for CNG driven vehicle. xvii. The vehicle should have ISO 9001:2015, ISO 45001:2018 and ISO 14001:2015 certification standards. xviii. xix. xvii.T he vehicle should comply with pollution standards, safety standards of components and road worthiness. xviii. TThe vehicle should have Registration certificate from local RTO (Regional Transport Office) / RTA (Regional Transport Authority and should comply the BS- VI vehicle emission compliance of anti- air pollution measures. xix. The fuel tank capacity of vehicle should be 60 kg and battery should be of minimum 12 Volt including 2 years warranty free of cost from the supplier. xx. The designation of front and rear wheels should be 4.50x 10 8PR and vehicle should be fitted with head lamp high beam and other lights including Parking lights, reversing lights etc as per industry standards.
