Earth work in excavation in foundations, trenches etc. in all kinds of soil, not exceeding 2 meters depth including dressing of bottom and sides of trenches, stacking the excavated soil, clear from the edge of excavation and subsequent filling around masonry in 15 cm layers with compaction, including disposal of all surplus soil as directed within a lead of 30 Mtrs. (HSR 6.6)

Cement concrete 1:8:16 with stone aggregate 20 mm Nominal site in foundation and plinth. (HSR 10.29)

First class brick work laid in cement sand mortar 1:6 in 1st storey upto 4 metre above plinth level. (HSR 11.7)

Earth filling under floors with tibba sand non plastic under floors with good earth taken from outside of campus area with all lead and lift including loading, unloading, laid in 15cm layer including ramming, watering, consolidating, compaction, and compensation of earth etc., complete in all respect as per the direction of engineer in charge. (For any lead lift). (NS items).

Damp proof course 40 mm thick of cement concrete 1:2:4 using stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size with 2 coats of bitumen 20/30 preparation at 1.65 kg per sqm laid hot and sanded (HSR 10.114)

12mm thick cement plaster on walls (1:6). (HSR 15.7).

Cement concrete 1:4:8 with stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size in foundation and plinth (HSR 10.38)

Providing and laying 80 mm thick ISI marked internlocing paver paver blocks conforming to IS 15658:2006/IRC:SP:63-2004 of all Shapes and colours in design mix cement M-40 over a bed of 30 mm thick fine sand complete in all respect. (HSR 10.159). (Note:- Reputed make Paver Block Only ISI marked will be used as approved by Engineer-in-charge).

Providing and fixing information board consisting of 75 mm GI pipe of size 2.45 mtr X 1.15 mtr X 900 mm GI sheet 16 gaze connected / welded with 5mm thick steel plate of 50mm duly panted as per column mentioned in the drawing and fixing at sight in 60X 60X75 cm cement concrete 1:2:4 block complete in all respect (NS)
