Manual rescue and operation rescue of Electric supply installations round the clock in three shifts including Sunday & holiday by employing one skilled Electrician & one helper (having knowledge of HT VCB, HT OCB, Transformers, APFC & LT Panels) in each shift at Main Receiving Station at Mankhurd including operating HT & LT panels, carrying out break down maintenance in transformer, HT,LT Panels cables etc, daily cleaning and upkeep of surrounding area of installation and Maintaning record of daily Break Down & maintenace, Monitoring & Recording of parameters such as Voltage, Current, PF etc Power factor at MRS, Mankhurd all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note for Ser Item No. 01 to 04 (a) All the T&P required for the Manual rescue & Operation rescue of installations shall be provided by the contractor and cost of the same is inclusive of quoted rate (b) Materials required for upkeep of installations such as rooms, dusty cloth for cleaning of plants, buckets, etc shall be always available at the installations for use and shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rates. (c) The Contractor should prepare duty chart on monthly basis and shall be got approved by Engineer-in-Charge. (d) Attendance register shall be submitted to Engineer-in-Charge on Daily basis. (e) Skilled electrician shall have ITI certificate and 5 Year experiance certifcate in HT maintenace. (f) The Contractor shall submit bio-data of the technician and experience on handling HT equipments. The individual will not be permitted to perform duty, if found unfit. (g) In case any operator is missing or absent from duty, a penalty of Rs 2000/- per technician shall be recovered from contrcator and Engineer-in-Charge decision shall be final and binding on this account. (h) Each shift duration shall be 08 Hrs timing as required at the discreation of Engineer-in-Charge, details of shift are as under :- Shifts : 1st shift : 0600 to 1400 hrs, 2nd shift : 1400 to 2000 hrs, 3rd shift : 2000 to 0600 hrs (i) Electrician-@ Rs 2000/- per operation shift per head (ii) Helper - @ Rs 1800/- per operation shift per head. (i) Contribution towards bonus EPF, ESIC the amount is payble only after submission of valid and authentic document in support of having paid the requisite amount to the employed labour. (j) Monthly wages shall be paid to individual technician through Adhar link bank accounts and deatails of same shall be sumbitted on monthly baisis on failing this payments will not be made to contrcator. (k) The contractor should have electrical license to execute electrical works and same shall be submitted/ uploaded with application. (l) Quoted rates shall also be deemed to include the following elements:- (i) To provide uniform, tools & plants, safety means like glove etc to the employees and also alternative employee (reliever) for Manual rescue and operation rescue of Installation so that the other employees can avail the facility of weekly leave etc. (ii) To keep the installation & allied area in clean and tidy condition during the operation period. (iii) To carryout the routine maintenance, minor repairs, oiling, greasing and to rectify the minor defects to keep the plants / Installation in serviceable condition all as directed by the GE and Engineer-in-Charge. However, the major repairs, replacements, overhauling, topping-up oil etc are not included in the scope of the above items. (iv) To keep necessary documentation duly signed by all the concerned. (v) To hand over the entire plant in serviceable condition at the time of completion. (vi) To keep first aid kit in all duty sub station.

Manual Rescue and operation Rescue of Fire Fighting installations round the clock in Two shifts including Sunday & holiday by employing one skilled FGM ) in each shift for attending complaints of repairs/ Miantenance of DG set, Pumps and motors LT panels, carrying out break down maintenance in Electric supply etc, daily cleaning and upkeep of surrounding area of installation and Maintaning record of daily Break Down & maintenace, Monitoring & Recording of parameters such as Voltage, Current, PF etc Power factor at Nofra Area all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Location : NSB Area, Mankhurd Shifts (i) 1st shift - 0600 to 1400hrs (ii) 2nd shift - 1400 to 2200hrs

Notes for Ser Item No. 05 to 06 :- (a) All the T&P required for the Manual rescue & Operation rescue of installations shall be provided by the contractor and cost of the same is inclusive of quoted rate (b) Materials required for upkeep of installations such as rooms, dusty cloth for cleaning of plants, buckets, etc shall be always available at the installations for use and shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rates. M&L for disconnecting of defective transformer from power mains and transporting the same to workshop and opening the transformer cover, draining out of transformer oil, assembling, removing of the burnt parts ie. tape, paper insulating strings etc gently and carefully, washing of the dust, rust and dirt from all parts including taking out cooling tubes, welding, replacement of burnt out winding and re-assembling after carrying out required repair and transporting back to site with necessary fixing arrengement including connecting up electrically, commissioning and testing all as directed by Engr- in- Charge of 250 KVA capaity of Transformer with following Parts:- (a) Replacement of One Number of LV Leg coils (b) Transformer oil filtration compleate (c) Silica gel breather Set of two (d) Ovening of assembled Job (e) Replacement of burnt out winding Notes:- (i) Old Material cost should be deducted from the original cost of new item.

M&L for earthing complete with copper earth plate electrode 600x 600x 3 mm buried directly in ground with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 mtrs below normal ground level and connected to earth test point by means of copper Strip of size 20x3 mm all as specified and shown in electric plate No 3 of MES SSR Part-I including necessary excavation and earthwork, PCC chamber, CI cover, protection and watering pipe, funnel, mesh etc all as required at site and all as directed and including taking down of old earthing materials, complete all as specified and directed. Notes: (1). Cost for provision of 7.5 RM Copper strip and G I protection pipe 25mm bore, light grade sahll also deemed to be included in quoted rates. (2). Earth resistance of earth pit should be less than 0.5 Ohms. On testing, if the desired earth resistance is not obtained, the earthing will be redone at no extra cost. (3) Rate quoted by the tenderer shall also be deemed to include salt & Charcoal fillings upto & above 450 mm top of Copper plate.

S&F copper strip of size 20 x 3.00mm including welding, brazing and taking down of old copper strip as required at site, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for servicing (as described below) for outdoor type, HT 11 KV/433 Volt, Dry type Transformer of capacity 1000 KVA and carrying out the following repair work :- (a) Servicing, cleaning, inspecting and testing for proper functioning of operation. (b) Servicing of de-hummidifying of core coils assly by hot air blower. (c) Cleaning of the coils of dust & other paricles. (d) Retightening of all the tie rods & core bolts. (e) Checking gaskets for the HT/LT insulators & Replacing the same. (f) Internal touch up for the enclosures & external touch up paint.

Material and labour for scrapping of old paint and applying two coats of Aluminium paint over a coat of Red oxide all for 22 KV two pole structure including GOD & operating rod

M&L for repairing the existing feeder pillar boxes of over all dimensions n.exc 800 x 900 x 500 mm by welding the damaged hinges / aligning the doors to fit properly including providing rubber gaskts and locking arrangement, painting exposed surface area with one coat of synthetic enamel paint after prepration of surface with spray painting.

--ditto-- all as per Sl item No. 13 above but of size 1200 x 1200 x 500 mm.

M&L Sub station battery charger industrial grade 30 Volts DC input 230 VAC,50 Hz,1 Ph. DC output Nominal 30 V, output current 6 amps suitable for battery bank of 30 VDC/60 AH. Complete including necessary indications and protections viz. charging current meter, charging volt meter, power ON, out put ON, reverse polarity, charger ON, in put HRC fuse link, over current, short circuit, over charging, over temp, reverse polarity by means of fuse, controls e.g. input ON/OFF,out put ON/OFF, DCCDB ON/OFF etc., main cord and plug of suitable length and rating and heavy duty terminal blocks at out put all as specified and directed.

M&L Lead Acid battery bank consisting of heavy duty 2 VDC, 60 AH battries for sub station application to be used for operating controls connected as battery bank of 30 VDC each (2 VDC, 60 AH x15 Battries in series) connected with suitable rating of copper conductor wire, battery terminals, float for monitoring of electrolite level, complete placed and mounted in space / wooden/ fibre battery mounting stand anti corrosive complete duly connected and tested with battery charger. Make : EXIDE, Prestolite, Standard.

M&L for taking down transformer oil level indicator assembly from conservator tank of transformer upto 500 KVA capacity from position for making visibility of oil level by lowering oil level in conservator including cleaning thouroughly, replacement of gasket and acrylic sheet, reassembling in position, refilling the removed oil all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Equipment and labour for servicing of ACB including drawing/taking out from LT Panel, cleaning the Contacts, checking the breaker accessories, replacing the burnt out control wiring, burnt fuse units, old unsversiable spring units for proper function and carrying out ratio test by applying primary injection all for LT ACB 630 Amps to 800 Amps and refixing the breaker in position and testing all as directed by Engineer in Chare at site Note : The Contractor shall brought all T & P and testing equipments.

M & L in repairs for preparation of old painted surfaces of pre-stressed concrete pole upto 11/9 mtr long by scarping old paint and applying two coats of cement base paint including numbering of pole with black oil paint painting the base of the pole in alternate black and yellow stripes each 30 Cm apart up to 1.5mtr height including marking of MES No with black paint on the pole all as directed by Engineer in Charge.

M & L in repairs for preparation of old painted surfaces of Steel Tubular pole upto 9 mtr long by scarping old paint and applying two coats of Aluminium paint including numbering of pole with black oil paint and painting the base of the pole in alternate black and yellow stripes each 30 Cm apart up to 1.5mtr height including marking of MES No with black paint on the pole all as directed by Engineer in Charge.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.50 m wide and n.exc 1.5 m in depth for foundation of poles, cable etc, not exc 10 sqm on plan and getting out in soft/loose soil including taking out brick protection etc complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25cm thick complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated materials (soils) not exc. 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exc. 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for sand cushioning by spreading in trenches crushed sand by gently by punning down manually as in cable protection all as specified and as directed by Engineer -in-charge.

Supply and laying un-reinforced precast concrete cable cover class LV, type-I, flat size 250 mm x 150 mm x 40 mm laid in trenches all as specified.

Supply and Laying or fixing or passing through pipe, XLPE/PVC insulated, armoured heavy duty electric cable with aluminium conductor 1100 volts grade cross sectional area 95 Sqmm 3.5 core in trenches, along the wall including necessary connection and providing cable lugs as required including disconnection/taking down of existing unsvcable all as specified.

Note :The rate Quoted deemed to be included all the minor spares such as screws, washers, clips., battery terminals and other spares will be measured and paid seperately under supply only items.
