Earth work in excavation over area (Exceeding 30 cm depths 1.5 mm width as well as 10 Sqm on plan) including disposal of excavated earth lead up to 1.50 m. disposed earth to be Levelled and neatly dressed. Providing and laying in position specified grade of cement concrete for all RCC structural elements (for R.C.C. well) upto plinth level including curing, compaction, finishing with rendering in cement sand mortar 1:3 (1 Cement : 3 coarse sand) and making good the joints and cost of plastizers ( if required excluding the cost of centering, shuttering and reinforcement M20 grade nominal Mix / Design Mix (1 Cement : 2 Sand : 4 aggregate).
Centring and Shuttering including stacking propping etc. and Removal of form for wells steing. Including labour and material. Complete in all respect.
Reinforcement of M.S. angle iron work for R.C.C. work including Stacking, Tencing, Cutting, Biding, Placing in Position and Binding all complete mild steel and medium tensile steel bar of 12 mm bar Including the cost of M.S. Bars. Including labour and material. Complete in all respect.
Providing horizontal mechanical rod (Ballies) dia 4" including removal of Soil mud railing etc. & if occurred at the time of Roding. Including labour and material. Complete in all respect.
Construction of platform for installation of mortar and stair case etc in the well including labour and material. as directed according to the depth of well. Including labour and material. Complete in all respect.
