Taking out the Vacuum circuit breaker of 11 KV Voltage rating , 400/630/800/1250 Amps, 3 phase, 50 Hz from 11 KV HT panel board for overhauling the VCB, carrying out visual check of panel, inspect, clean and tightening of bolts of bus bar chamber, cleaning and inspecting CTs & PTs, check cable tightness, control circuit and servicing of VCB viz :-

Measuring of IR values and contact resistance, checking of inner lock within panel board, checking of indicating lamps and zero error of all accessories, cleaning, dusting, physically checking for any damages, play adjustments, tightening of bolts, nuts, greasing and lubricating ( by SIEMENS grease) of all moving parts, lubricating spring charge machanism by suitable oil, checking and thightening of control wiring for its normal functioning, applying petrolium jelly for top and bottom arm, female contacts and jaw contacts, checking of ON/OFF mechanism mechanically by removing control plug under test condition and by operating the breaker tripping coil closing coil manually

NOTES: (a) Spares to be replaced will be measured and paid separately as "SUPPLY ONLY" under relevant items of this BOQ. (b) The unit rate quoted is deemed to be inclusive of labour element for taking down and fixing of spares. (c) Overhauling should be got done through authorised OEM or State Goverment Approved Electrical License holder (Schneider-25 Nos, Seimens-9 Nos, Crompton Greaves-14 Nos, Areva-16 Nos, Kirloskar-13 Nos and Alstom-15 Nos)

Testing and calibration of 11KV HT VCB panel protection relays over current/ earth fault, tripping and closing circuits by primary and secondary injection method for their optimal tripping and closing performance including resetting of time wherever required including submission of test reports in duplicate complete all as directed.

NOTES: (i) Measuring instruments required for calibration and testing shall be arranged by the contractor without any extra cost to Govt. (ii) Testing and Calibration should be done by OEM or through State Government approved License Service Engineer only.

Supply only LED type indicator lamps of Red/Yellow/Blue/Green/Amber with bulb. MAKE: C&S/ L&T/AE

Supply only Analog type Ammeter of 0 to 400 Amps range, square type of size 96x96mm with CTs of suitable ratio. MAKE: L&T/AE/MECO/SIEMENS/RISHABH/CONZERV/ENERCON

Supply only TNC (Trip Neutral close) switch for HT VCB. MAKE: SIEMENS/AE/GE

Supply only panel type strip heater 80W capacity. MAKE: SIEMENS/AE/GE

Supply only 11KV, 400 Amps HT VCB vacuum interrupter Bottles. MAKE: SCHNEIDER/ABB/ALSTOM/CG/KIRLOSKAR/SIEMENS/AREVA

Supply only 11KV, 630 Amps HT VCB vacuum interrupter Bottles. MAKE: SCHNEIDER/ABB/ALSTOM/CG/KIRLOSKAR/SIEMENS/AREVA

Supply only 110Volts DC shunt trip coil.

Supply only 110Volts DC closing coil.

Removing the unserviceable Auxiliary power supply of 110 volts and Supply, test and commission Auxiliary power supply system of 110 Volts for protection of VCB panel including synthetic rubber chamber complete by providing 55 Nos maintenance free lead acid batteries of 2 volts 80 AH capacity each complete all all as specified and directed. MAKE: AMARA RAJA/EXIDE/LUMINEX Note: Unit rate quoted shall be for set of 55 Nos batteries

M&L for overhauling of battery charger of battery banks, 110V DC control supply including checking and repair of float mechanism, booster mechanism, replacement of burn out PCBs, rectifiers, contacts (of any type and rating), control wiring with existing rating of copper cable, replacement of lugs, indicators, switches etc including testing the battery charger after repair complete all as specified and directed

Taking out defective FRP bushing 11 KV from the panel and refixing the same after reconditioning with FRP coating upto required insulation level complete all as directed

S&F FRP bushing 11 KV from the panel including taking down old unserviceable one complete all as directed

Disconnecting electric supply to HT VCB, removing the unserviceable spring charge gear from HT 11 KV VCB, S&F new spring charge gear and connecting back to HT supply including testing complete all as specified and directed.

S&F synthetic rubber matting 25mm thick of size 1.0 M x 2.0 M, ISI marked to resist 11 KV voltage including removal of unserviceable old rubber matting complete all as specified and directed.

S&F trip circuit supervision relay operated through 110Volts DC control supply including removal of old unserviceable one complete all as specified and directed. MAKE: L&T CAT No TCS01NXA000 Model No TCS01nX or techno commercially equivalent model in ABB/GE/C&S/ Schneider/Siemens.

S&F 3 Phase over current with earth fault protection relay with high set suitable for control supply of 110 Volt DC (relay voltage shall be as per site requirement) including taking down old unserviceable one complete all as specified and directed. MAKE: L&T Model No. MC61 C or techno commercially equivalent model in ABB/GE/C&S/ Schneider/Siemens.

Complete removal of existing paint from HT 4 pole structure and all connected MS structures and painting with two coats of aluminium paint over one coat of red oxide primer including marking the pole in white capital letters, painting the pole with black bituminous paint from ground level to a height of 1.5 mtr and making two Nos alternate colour yellow strip 300 mm high on black painted portion of the pole with yellow colour synthetic enamel paint at a height of 0.3 mtr and 0.9 mtr from ground level complete all as specified and directed. Make of paint : Asian/Berger/Nerolac/Shalimar

All as per Sl item No. 22 above, but painting to HT 2 pole structure

Complete removal of existing paint from HT MS electric pole and connected cross arms, pipe etc. and painting with two coats of aluminium paint over one coat of red oxide primer including marking the pole in white capital letters, painting the pole with black bituminous paint from ground level to a height of 1.5 mtr and making two Nos alternate yellow strip of 100 mm high on black painted portion of the pole with yellow colour synthetic enamel paint at a height of 1.2 mtr and 1.4 mtr from ground level complete all as specified and directed. Make of paint : Asian/Berger/Nerolac/Shalimar

Taking out the sample of transformer oil from distribution transformer and conducting the Dielectric Strength(BDV) test, Sludge and Acidity test from Power Grid Lab and submit the report complete all as specified and directed. NOTE: No payment shall be made towards this item till submission of satisfactory test reports duly verified by Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying, fixing, commissioning and testing horizontally operated, triple pole,outdoor gang operated air break switch (GOD), 11000 volt grade, 200 amps current rating consisting of moving and fixed jaws, nine insulators ( 3 Nos insulators in each phase), mounted over MS channel frame, fuse carriers and fuse elements, operating mechanism suitable for operating from ground, made out of GI tubing ,medium grade 25 mm dia with operatiing handle and locking arrangement, aluminium jumpers of suitable size, testing and commissioning etc. including taking down old unserviceable one complete all as specified and directed. Labour only for straightening of HT over head line( 3 conductors) of ACSR conductor of any size and any span by disconnecting and removing from insulators including providing necessary binding wire and jumpering after proper stringing complete all as directed.

S&F Disc type insulator, porcelain, vitreous, 145 mm high and 255 mm dia ball and socket type, white, brown or green, single disc assembly for tension with tension clamps for conductors, working pressure 11000 volts grade including removal of old unserviceable one complete all as specified and directed. S&F Pin type insulator, porcelain, vitreous, white, brown or green, including one galvanised mild steel spindle, two galvanised iron washers and one galvanised iron nut, 150 mm height, 150 mm dia , working pressure 11000 volts grade complete all as specified and directed. M&L for Disconnection of conductor/ cable, unscrewing of bolts, nuts etc, taking out defective 11 KV Air break switch assembly from HT 2 pole/ 4 pole structures, scrubbing and cleaning dust/ carbon deposits from all GI/copper moving and fixed parts, cleaning the same with sand papers/clothes, greasing/lubricating the moving/ fixed linkage, necessary welding to MS structure/ GI tubings, refixing the same in position after supply and replacement of unserviceable bolts, nuts, washers of suitable size, replacement of defective moving and fixed contacts for proper operation of GOD and connecting back complete including testing and commissioning etc., complete all as specified and directed. Notes: (a) Spares to be replaced viz., fixed and movable contacts, aluminium jumpers etc., will be measured and paid separately as "SUPPLY ONLY" under relevant items of this BOQ. (b) The unit rate quoted is deemed to be inclusive of labour element for taking down and fixing of spares. (c) Replacement of all other items which are not covered in Note (a) above but are required to make the GOD in serviceable condition is deemed to be included in the quoted rate.

Supply only fixing (female) contact suitable for 11 KV, 200 Amps, horizontally operated gang operated device.

Supply and fixing moving (male) contact suitable for 11 KV, 200 Amps horizontally operated gang operated device.

Disconnecting the electric supply and taking down the broken/ unserviceable post top insulator and S&F new post top porcelain/polymeric, vitreous brown insulator with GI clamps, nuts, bolts etc suitable for 11000 volts grade working pressure complete all as specified and directed. Earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 600 x 600 x 6mm thick, buried directly in ground vertically to a depth not less than 2.25 m deep below level with the top edge of earth plate at a depth not less than 1.5 m below normal ground level, connected to GI earth strip 25x4mm by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts & washers of galvanised iron or steel, GI earth strip protected by 40mm bore GI pipe medium grade, watering pipe 20mm bore GI pipe light grade, GI wire meshed funnel, alternate layers of char coal and salt on all sides of the earth plate upto a thickness of 150mm, filling of black cotton soil in earth pit upto GL and connecting to earth plate including necessary excavation and work, PCC ( 1:3:6) type C-1 earth chamber, 50mm thick cover slab in RCC(1:2:4) type B1 with 8mm dia nominal reinforcement (TMT) @ 100mm c/c both ways etc., complete all as shown in Electrical Plate No. 3 of MES Schedule Part-I, connecting to earthing test point, including testing on completion, complete all as specified and driected. Note: (i) Unit rate quoted shall be deemed to include for the cost of necessary excavation and earth work in any type of soil strata, RFR and removal of surplus spoil upto a distance of 50m, PCC earth chamber, funnel and RCC cover, GI earth strip beyond 7.5 m if required, shall be measured paid for separately under relevant items of BOQ.

S&F GI Earth strip 25 x 4mm as in earth continuity conductor fixed to wall on battens or buried on ground or drawn in conduit/pipe or fixed to poles or any other indicated situation for loop earthing complete all as specified and directed.

S&F numerical realy operating on 110 Volts DC comprising of three over current, one earth fault, high set, low set, multiple time characteristics for both over current and earth fault complete suitable for control relay panel of 132 KV, 8 MVA transformer including removal of old unserviceable one complete all as specified and directed. Make: L&T Model No RET650 or techno commercially equivalent model in ABB/GE/C&S/ Schneider/Siemens.

Complete removal of existing paint and rust by scraping with wire brushes/sand papers from existing trench covers/chequered plates including all connected mild steel channels and applying two coats of synthetic paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed. Make of paint: Asian/Berger/Nerolac/Shalimar

M&L for steel chequered plates, iron angles, cross arms, flat iron etc., from existing cable trenches including necessary bracing, welding and providing necessary nuts and bolts, washers, drilling of holes for bolts in any size including removal of old unserviceable rusted plates complete all as specified and directed.
