Excavation in trenches in soft/loose soil not exceeding 1.5m wide and not exceeding 1.5 metre in depth and getting out for laying of cable etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling in soft/loose soil including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming, in layers not exc 25 cm complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing of surplus soil to a distance not exc. 50 metre and depositing where directed at a level not exc.1.5 metre above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking out of old unsv GI plate earthing from existing position , dismantling the same complete. Note Only Earthing material goes to schedule of credit except GI strip

Material and labour for bore well earthing with the help of mechanical boring machine of 150mm dia 30mtr depth, supply and fix 150 mm bore , UPVC pipe 6 kg/sqcm rating, 06 mtr long with the help of suitable size clamp with nut bolt and washer -01no including charcoal dust, salt fill in bore well for achieve earth conductivity less than 1 ohm. M&L for covering of bore well mouth with PCC (1:2:4) type B-1/Brick masonry pit of size 45x45x45 cm complete and give the mimimum earth test result below 1 ohm complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note :- (i) The earth pit shall be refilled by boulders free from vegetable soil.(ii) Earthing shall be tested by contractor in presence of Engr-in-charge. Record shall be maintained.Payment shall be admissible only after satisfactory test results. (iii) GI pipe electrode and GI strip shall be measured & paid separately.

Supply & lowering of GI tubing 50mm dia medium grade in incl necessary fittings for lowering in borewell of depth upto 30 mtr and providing necessary holes in pipe to achieve good earth conductivity complete all as specified & directed.

Material and labour for chemical earthing complete with copper earth plate electrode of size 600mm x 600mm x 3 mm thick buried directly in ground(earth pit not less than 2.25m deep below normal ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5m deep below normal ground connected to and including copper earth strip 25 x 3 mm by means of copper bolts nuts check nuts and washer, returning & filling the pit with excavated soil mixing with charcoal 250 KG , Crystal salt 200KG , magnesium sulphate of 100 KG and vegetable soil all around the plate up to 350mm above from top edge of plate and balance portion filing with excavated soil in layers not exceeding 25mm thick, 25mm bore galvanised iron medium grade watering pipe up to top of plate, 50mm bore galvanisd iron light grade pipe for earth strip protection, including all excavation earth work in any type of soil, PCC 1:3:6 type C1 for chamber of internal size 300mm x300 x 300mm with 120mm thick wall and 700 mm x 700mm x 150mm thick, bed concrete, RCC 1:2:4, type B1 for precast chamber cover 50mm thick, reinforced with welded steel wire fabric or XPM jali (weight not less than 4.00 Kg/sqm), funnel, with wire mesh, complete all as specified and directed. Note:- (i) Quoted rates shall be deemed to include for earth strip with protection pipe up to 7.5 M length

Taking down old Unserviceable aluminium strip from roof and wall of ESHs any size and position including making good to disrurbed surface of wall and roof complete all as specified and as directed.

Refixing of serviceable aluminum strip 25x3 mm complete as obtain from above item 8 with on new saddle / insulators, including straightning and fixing screws/accessories for roof and down conductor complete all as specified and directed.

S&F aluminium strip of size 25x3 mm complete with insulator/saddle and fixing with screw/accessories for roof and down conductor complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down old Unserviceable GI strip from wall or buried in ground or any other indicated situation including making good to disrurbed surface complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down and refixing of serviceable GI Strip 32x6mm fixed on wall or buried in ground or any other indicated situation complete all as specified and as directed

S&F GI Strip 32x6mm fixed on wall or buried in ground or any other indicated situation complete all as specified and as directed Note:- Extra GI strip consider for borewell earthing which for existing earthing location

Taking out of old unsv GI strip and supply & fix copper strip of size 25 x 3 mm complete with insulator/saddle and fixing with screw/accessories for roof and down conductor complete all as specified and as directed

Taking down old Unserviceable air termination rod of any size and capacity complete all as specified and as directed.

Refixing of serviceable Air termination rod as obatin from Item No 14 above including new threading and grinding of tip of air termination as per site requirnment complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F single pointed air termination aluminium rod 12 mm dia and 300 mm long complete all as specified and as directed .

M&L for in repair Test point terminal block made of gun metal or phosphorus bronze size 75x75x25mm drilled and screwed including 3 nos. 8mm dia 25mm long hex. head screw including Neptune box/HDPE Sintexbox.

Taking down old Unserviceable GI pipe of 40mm size complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F GI pipe light grade 40 mm dia for protection of GI strip complete all as specified and as directed.( for strip protection)

S&F in replacement of old unserviseable DMC insulator for conductor for 25 X 3/3.15 mm strip with one meter intervel secured with suitable screw complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F DMC inculator for wall down conductor for 32 X 6 mm strip with one meter intervel secured with suitable screw complete all as specified and as directed.
