Repair to pot holes n.exc 1 Sqm each and depth of potholes exc 30 mm including sweeping free from dust and mud, or water scoring sunken surfaces in roads, paths, etc. Cutting around edges to atleast 25mm in depth, making good by applying tack coat @ 5 kg per 10 sq m, putting in premixed bituminous macadam, well rammed and sealed with binder 9.8 kg per 10 sq m, blinded with 0.09 cu m of stone chippings, 6.3 mm size and again well rammed (including supply of premixed macadam, binder and chippings) Complete all as spcified and as directed.

Material and labour for preparing of existing black top surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc. Sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surfaces with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc. Complete all as spcified and as directed.

Material and labour for applying evenly a priming/tack coat with paving bitumen of VG-10 grade at 5 Kg per 10 Sqm with the help of pressure sprayer complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for Semi Dense Bituminous Premix Asphaltic concrete 40mm thk (consolidated thickness) using graded crushed stone chipping as specified and paving bitumen binder VG-30 with 5.5% binder content by weight of total mix and laying with mechanical paver finisher 30 to 40 THP to the required level and gradient, rolled and compacted with power roller to required camber and gradient complete and laying with mechanical paver complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and Labour for Premix bituminous, macadam (consolidated thickness 75mm or less) with binder content @4% by weight of total mix with bitumen garde VG-30 laid and rolled with mechanical paver and compacted to required gradient and camber using 8 to 10 tonnes power road roller etc complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparing of old/new bituminious surfaces of road and making 2mm thicknesss centre lines, dashes, arrows etc and the like n exc 10cm wide on roads pavements with hot applied thermo plastic road marking paint of approved colour confirming to BS 3262-1989 with special applicator machine all as per manufactures instruction etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing cat eye solar reflective type of metal body alloy of size 100mm x 100mm x 20mm with PAMA striplens reflector of model No. DA 972.0 fixed with and incl MS stud of suitable size as per manufactures instructions.

Fixing only in repairs Aluminium square Road studs with required adhesives /screws etc all as specified and directed by Engg in Charge

Fixing only in repairs Solar Road studs of size 100x100x20mm with required adhesives /screws etc all as specified and directed by Engg in Charge

Fixing only in repairs Mirror convex type with high quality acrylic polycarbonate (scratch resistant and unbreakable)Mirrors of size 600mm dia and stainless steel telescopic rod of length up to 120cm embedded with concrete all as specified and directed.

Fixing only in repairs PVC portable speed bumps of size 500x340x50mm fixed with nut & bolts /adhesive (min 08 no bolts per Rm)and as directed by Engg in charge.

Supply and fix solar cat eye aluminum alloy shall (100% water proofing design according to 65) of size 125mm x 125mm x 25mm (shank 65mm) of high efficiency Mono rystafie solar panel 2.4V/ 0.3 watt one NI-ed rechargeable battery (1.2V/ 1600MA) consisting of super bright LED with 10,000 to 18,000 mcd completed as per manufactures instructions etc. all as specified and directed

Supply and fix metal tubular dealineator made out of ABS round body fitted with 2 Nos 65mm dia highly reflective mirrors made out of PMMA and mounted on 45/50mm dia mild steel pipe of 600mm height duly powder coated and thermoplastic elastomer 3 bands of green,red and yellow reflector radium tape of 25mm wide stripswith anti theft steel net for reflector protection including embedding in PCC 1:2:4 (150x150x300mm)type B1 complate all as specified and directed.
