Providing and installation of Submersible pump set of KSB/Kalama/ Kirloskar/ Johnston/ Crompton/BS or any other approved make comprising to latest relevant IS code suitable for lifting clear water (latest with up to date ammendments) fitted with the bronze impeller of suitable alloys directly coupled to squirrell case electric induction motor of same make as (manufacturer standared) confriming to IS code (latest with up to date ammendments) and totaly water proof for submersible duty, isolated from the pump by intermediate casing with double mechanical seal in oil chamber, grease packed lubricated bearings & provided with stainless steel thrust bearing plate to with stand vertical loads with minimum wear & tear. It should also be fitted with a device to take up expansion of water with the heating of motor including water level gaurd, erection clamps, cable clips and depth guage etc. The power of electric motor should be atleast 10% in excess of the maximum power required by the pump in the operation range of (+) 10% and (-) 15% of the duty point head. The motor /motors confirming to minimum IE2 norms IS-12615/2011 with up to date ammendments. Excavation in foundation and and trenches etc. in earth work lift up to 1.5 meters, stacking the excavated soil not more than 3m clear from the edge of the excavation and then returning the stacked soil in 15cm layers when required into plinth sides of foundation etc. then consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering and then disposing of all surplus excavated earth as directed with in a lead of 20m in pick jumper work in all lead and lift as per the direction of engineer in charge.

Providing, laying, jointing and testing of HDPE (High Density Polyethlene pipe) preferably of Reliance, Duraline, jain irrigation make of following diameter and class confirming to IS 4984-1995 with fusion welding process including all necessary fittings such as Tees, elbows, adapters with metal inserts, redicers, service saddles required as per site conditions & bend leads and lifts to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge (earth work in ternches to be mesured and paid separately)

Providing, laying, jointing and testing of PPR (Polypropylene random copolymer) pipe UV stabilised and antimicrobial fusion weld having thermal stability for hot and cold water supply including all PPR plain Polypropylene random fittings confirming to IS:15801-2010 with testing of joint complete in all leads and lifts as per the diraction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing of MS clamps to hold the pump set in the bore well including required bolts and nuts complete as per direction and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing of MS sheet box of suitable size fabricated with angle iron of four legs mounted in cement concrete 1:3:6 for electrick meter starter switch and other accessories with locking arrangement complete as per direction and to the entire satiafaction of the Engineer-in- charge with in all lead and lifts.

Providing and fixing of steel wire rope 8mm thick for holding the column assembly and pump set in bore well to avoid falling of assembly and pump set in bore well including complete arrangement of fastening etc. with in all leads and lifts complete as per direction and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing of water proof 3 core 4.00 mm² flat copper cable as per IS-674 (Part-II) -1964 suitable for above pump set from starter to pump set of reputed make such as Havells/Fenolex make complete in all leads and lifts.
