Comprehensive Annual Maintenance, Repair, Servicing, Overhauling, Filtrations of Transformer Oil, Calibration Testing of 33KV/433V Substation Transformer and all other subsidiary equipment of substation including HT & LT panels, HT & LT Power and Control Cable Repair work at Wagon Repair POH Workshop, katamla Road, Badnera, Amravati 444701 for 02 years.

Financial Eligibility Criteria: The tenderer must have minimum averageannual contractual turnover of V/N or 'V' whichever is less; where V=Advertised value of the tender in crores of Rupees N= Number of yearsprescribed for completion of work for which bids have been invited. Theaverage annual contractual turnover shall be calculated as an average of"total contractual payments" in the previous three financial years, as perthe audited balance sheet. However, in case balance sheet of theprevious year is yet to be prepared/ audited, the audited balance sheetof the fourth previous year shall be considered for calculating averageannual contractual turnover. The tenderers shall submit requisiteinformation as per Annexure-VIB, along with copies of Audited BalanceSheets duly certified by the Chartered Accountant/Certificate fromChartered Accountant duly supported by Audited Balance Sheet.

Technical Eligibility Criteria:(a)The tenderer must have successfullycompleted or substantially completed any one of the following categoriesof work(s) during last 07 (seven) years, ending last day of monthprevious to the one in which tender is invited:(i)Three similar works eachcosting not less than the amount equal to 30% of advertised value of thetender, or (ii)Two similar works each costing not less than the amountequal to 40% of advertised value of the tender, or (iii)One similar workcosting not less than the amount equal to 60% of advertised value of thetender. Definition of Similar Nature of work: "Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of a substation of Voltage rating 33 KV or above" AND/OR "Operation, Manning and Maintenance of a substation of Voltage rating 33 KV or above" AND/OR "Condition Monitoring, Servicing/ Overhauling, and testing of sub-station Equipment of Voltage rating 33 KV or above"

Tenderer shall submit self-attested/digitally signed copy of valid Electrical Contractor license as per clause no 31 of CEA Regulation 2023 along with the offer. The offer will be summarily rejected in absence of valid electrical contractor license.
