Providing services of Skilled/ Un-Skilled labours for repair and maintenance of Air Conditioners, IEI & EEI on daily basis round the clock or as and when required basis for a period of one year during 2022-23.

Presssure testing for leakage flushing vaccummising the system, gas charging with Freon -22 servicing the unit testing for satisfactory performance, replacement of necessary spare parts i/c re installation of the unit etc as required for AC.

Replacement of defective compressor unit with new one suitable for following capacity room AC i/c pressure testing for leakage, flushing vaccumising the system gas charging with freon -22 servicing the unit, painting and testing for satisfactory performance, replacement of necessary spare parts i/c reinstallation of the unit duly tested etc as required.

Replacement of damaged condensor coil with new copper condensor coil suitable for following capacity split type AC i/c dismantling the damaged coil, fixing the new one, gas charging, re-installation and plating patch repair work if any, testing and commissioning the unit etc as required. .

Repalcement of defective AC blower motor/indoor fan motor by new one for 1.5 Ton capacity , AC.

Repalcement of defective AC blower motor/indoor fan motor by new one for 2.0 Ton capacity , AC.

Repalcement of defective AC outdoor fan motor by new one for 1.5 Ton capacity AC.

Repalcement of defective AC outdoor fan motor by new one for 2.0 Ton capacity AC.

Providing and fixing of refrigerant copper pipes of following sizes (Suction & delivery) of split type AC i/c providing electrical cables, insulation, extra gas charging and covering with PVC non adhessive tape over the insulation of refrigerant pipes to give smooth finish and as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Refrigerant pipes of Sizes 5/8" & 3/8"

Repalcement of defective Voltage Stabilizer 4 KVAR for 1.5 Ton capacity similar to V-Guard Model No: VND-400/Microtek EM/IFB IVS etc. or equivalent as required.

Repalcement of defective Voltage Stabilizer 5 KVAR for 2.0 Ton capacity similar to V-Guard Model No: VND-500/Microtek EM/IFB IVS etc. or equivalent as required.

Supplying Installing testing & Commissioning of PCB for 1.5/2.0 Ton A.C as directed by the Engineering- in- Charge

Supplying of following spares and accessories for maintenance of Air Conditioners installed in the Andaman Bhawan as and when required basis.
