Dismantling and taken out of sludge and re-circulation pump sets after dismantling from its existing position including pipe and power connection.
De-sludging the sludge and re-circulation sump pit b providing all necessary tools, plants on hire basis and carrying the same to convenient place avoiding health hazard etc deploying necessary man power without distrubing water supply arrangement. Rate including man days loss due to in seen situation, floode sump dewatering by temporary arrangement all complete up to entire satisfaction of EIC.
Supply and delivery at site Air blower having following specification:- Discharge pressure- 12 Bar Power Minimum - 30 HP Air tank capacity- 500 ltr Flow rate 51-120 Make-INGERSOLL RAND
Making G.I pipe line with nozzle arrangement with main air carrying pipe of heavy duty with all necessary fittings, cutting, hreading, welding etc with supply of valves of different dia all complete upto entire satisfaction of EIC.
Repairing of existing screw pumps and re-circulation pump after dismantling and taken out of defective spares as required to carry out thework up to entire satisfaction of EIC.
Providing motor starter panel for blower with all accessories and mountings including cable from sub-station to sludge pump house and panel to motor as necessary to carry out the work complete upto entire satisfaction of EI.
Providing addition pump at sludge sump by making platform with supplying 250mm ISMB to required nos with cutting welding making foundation providing chequres plate, MS angle, making support from sludge pump house wall cutting, mending complete with pumps having following specifications of 2 nos with delivery pipe upto 2 nos sludge pond with supply of valves etc complete.
Commissioning of the entire installation by supplying all necessary materials complete upto entire satisfaction of EIC.
