Supplying and fixing cable route marker with 10 cm X 10 cm X 5 mm thick G.I. plate with inscription there on, bolted /welded to 35 mm X 35 mm X 6 mm angle iron, 60 cm long and fixing the same in ground as required.

Providing and fixing 160 A TP&N disconnector switch fuse unit in sheet steel enclosure with door interlock & padlock facility, top & bottom gland provision on box requiring no separate gland box, including making connections etc. as required with installation of 03 nos ISI marked suitable HRC fuses of rating 160 Amps.

Wiring for circuit/ submain wiring with the following sizes of FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor, single core cable in surface medium class PVC conduit as required including connection of 160 Amp Disconnector SFU to 100 Amps isolator with supply of lugs socket heavy duty copper ring terminal (long barrel) and copper reducer terminal - 04 nos each of size 35 sq mm for each 02 mtr length. 3 X 35 sq. mm + 1 X 35 sq. mm neutral wire .

Earthing with G.I. earth plate 600 mm X 600 mm X 6 mm thick including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe of 2.7 metre long etc. with charcoal/ coke and salt as required.

Supplying and laying 25 mm X 5 mm G.I strip at 0.50 metre below ground as strip earth electrode, including connection/ terminating with G.I. nut, bolt, spring, washer etc. as required. (Jointing shall be done by overlapping and with 2 sets of G.I. nut bolt & spring washer spaced at 50mm)

Providing and fixing 25 mm X 5 mm G.I. strip on surface or in recess for connections etc. as required.

Supply of street light pole, swaged type steel pole, 9 mtr, Galvanised min. Mass of Zinc coating 360 Gms/sq. mtr, BIS marked.

Erection of metallic pole of following length in cement concrete 1:3:6 (1 cement:3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) foundation including excavation and refilling etc. as required. Above 8.0 metre and upto 10.0 metre

Providing and making steel pole collar with cement concrete (1 cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 stone aggregate 20mm) of specified size and shape including form work, plastering if required, curing etc as required. (volume of pole/ pipe not to be deducted) of size 0.6 m x 0.6 m x 0.8 m x 18 nos = 5.184 cum)

Supply and fixing of powder painted sheet steel/aluminum weather proof box of size 10'x8'x6' with provision of 4 way cable connector, 50 mm X 6 mm M.S. flats welded on one side to the box, other side clamped to pole with bolts and nuts.

Supply and Erection of cross arm on steel tubular pole for street light installation, cross arm consist of 2 ft 50 mm x 50 mm x 6 mm angle iron welded with 1 ft 40 mm dia MS pipe (Medium/B-Class) including MS clamp (40 mm x 3 mm flat iron) with Nut, bolts & washer etc as required.

Supply and fixing of 150 W LED street light (90-300V AC, 50 HZ +/- 2, housing shall be pressure die casted aluminum alloy with higher thermal conductivity, single phase) on pole with supply and drawing of 24 mtr (8 mtrx3, P, N & E) 1.5 sq mm, ISI marked, FRLS PVC insulated, single core copper conductor cable in street light pole with connection and comissioning as required.

Excavation for cable trenches of depth upto 1.2 m in soft soil including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed within a lead of 50 metres.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete 1:3:6 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) in foundation of pump, DG set etc including form work etc as required.

Supplying and filling in plinth with river sand under floors, including watering, ramming, consolidating and dressing complete.

Brick work with fly ash bricks (230x115x75 mm) of class designation 10 in foundation and plinth in: Cement Mortar 1:6 (1cement : 6 coarse sand).

12 mm cement plaster of mix : 1:4 (1 cement: 4 fine sand)

Structural steel work in single section, fixed with or without connecting plate, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete. (Fabrication and errection of steel structure by supplying of 5 mm chequered plate (45.35 kg/sq mtr), 75 mm X 40 mm X 6 mm (7.14 kg/mtr) channel iron and 65 mm X 65 mm X 6 mm angle iron (5.8 Kg/mtr) for covering of 1 no cable chamber on road with hinge and lock arrangment.)

Fabrication, supplying, testing, installation and comissioning of outdoor type power feeder pillar panel board, double door having locking arrangment with body - 2 mm CR sheet, size (1.3 mtr x 1.1 mtr x 0.5 mtr), colour - powder coated with disconnector switch fuse unit, 250 Amps, 4 Pole (TP with Neutral) including suitable HRC fuse link - 3 nos alongwith 50x10 mm Aluminum bus bar for 3 phases & neutral with DMC insulator as per bus bas supports for conection of atleast 5 nos cables.

Total impact of GST plus Labour Cess [@ 1 % (BOCW Cess to be deducted from the RA bill as per the value of the work progress)] for the purpose of CTC
