Improvement to Chanakhia MIP in Begunia Block of Khordha District under ERM scheme for the year 2025-26

Clearing shrub jungles uprooting stumps and small bushes and trees below 1M girth on premeasurement and stacking the same away from worksite with all labour , T&P etc. required for the work complete as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Earth work in ordinary soil with initial leads, lifts to proper section and profile including rough dressing and breaking clods 5cm to 7cm in size and laying in layers not exceeding 0.3m in depth as directed by the Engineer-In-Charge.

Excavation ,loading,unloading and carriage by mecanical means of all kinds of soil,including stoney earth,gravel and moorum etc interspread with boulders upto 1/2 cum size with all lifts and delifts including trimming of slopes and bed to design section and depositing the excavated materials away from work site etc.complete as per the direction of Engineer-in Charge.Within an intial lead of 1km from the place of excavation complete.per 1 cum

Filling in foundation and plinth with sand well watered and rammed with all leads and lifts including making arrangements for carriage of water etc. complete as directed by the Engineer-In-Charge.

Cement concrete M-15 grade with 20 mm down graded crushed hard granite aggregate quarried and free from weathered skin of approved quality mixing by concrete mixer including hoisting, lowing and laying concrete in position to proper slope and level and compacting in layers not exceeding 0.15m including cost, conveyance, royalty and other taxes of all materials, as directed by the Engineer-In-Charge.

Cement concrete M-20 grade with 20 mm down graded crushed hard granite aggregate quarried and free from weathered skin of approved quality mixing by concrete mixer including hoisting, lowing and laying concrete in position to proper slope and level and compacting in layers not exceeding 0.15m including cost, conveyance, royalty and other taxes of all materials, as directed by the Engineer-In-Charge.

Supplying, Strengthening, cutting, bending, binding and tying uncoated H.Y.S.D. bars and placing in position for fabrication and fixing of reinforcement including lapping where necessary including supply of binding wire including cost of steel bars of any reinforcement as directed by the Engineer-In-Charge.

Providing rigid shuttering with box type steel shuttering plates with keys for intermediate construction joints in rafts of weirs, barrages & dam blocks including cost of all materials & labours, T & P complete.

Filling in foundation and plinth with excavated materials moorum including watering and ramming as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge. (Unit per 1 Cum.)
