All pumps shall be provided with bronze impeller and mechanical seal aligned properly as required . The pump motor shall be suitable for 415 +1-10% volts, 50 cycles, 3 phase power supply. The quoted price shall include cost of thermal insulation and cladding of chilled water pumps.
