SCHEDULE 'A' - PART I (MAINTENANCE) Comprehensive maintenance and repairs including renewal/ replacement of defective parts for Electrically operated Boom Barrier of length 6 Meters with height of boom approximately at 875 mm from ground, housing dimensions 400 x 400 x 1065 mm with a thickness of 2 mm, boom dimension 90 x 32 mm, IP54 controller protection, rating 230 V (AC), 50/60 HZ, 24 V (DC) motor power supply, 200 W power and opening /closing time of 2 to 4 Secs, 100% intense use duty cycle, 20 degree Celsius to +55 degree Celsius operating temperature, 5 million cycle MCBF, including necessary foundation / fixing arrangments, optical beam sensor access control operation, high range receiver, high range remote control, push button switch for barrier operation, ABS brake control system, photosensor for human safety, loop detector for detecting presence of vehicle and reverse barrier movement, bar with protective rubber profile,flash lights, provision for manual operation in case of power failure through barrier locks and all connected accessories provided as per OEM's installation instructions, complete all as specified and as directed Make: M/s Godrej & Boyce Mfg Co. , Model: GVB6.

Comprehensive maintenance and repairs including renewal/ replacement of defective parts for Tyre ripper, 6 meters blocking width, including 150mm heavy duty steel spikes coloured in red & bolted to a solid steel rotating axis, weighting not less than 1.5 tonne, distance between adjacent spikes 100 mm (+/- 10 mm), electromechanical drive unit enclosed in a lockable steel cabinet, automatic operation with "up / down" push-button set, underground solid welded steel frame with drainage outlets, top of casing with Steel cover segments for allowing vehicular movement, top surface plate painted in yellow and black colour, build in safety device including necessary fixing arrangements on existing bituminous/ concrete pavements and making good to the disturbed surfaces as per existing and other connected accesories as per OEM's instructions complete all as specified and directed. Note for item Nos. 1 to 2 : (i) The spares/electrical items as listed in Sch 'A' Part II will be used whenever required only and measured and paid separately under respective items. (ii) The rate is inclusive of all items as required at site except those items as given in Sch 'A' Part II to keep the Boom Barrier and Tyre ripper operational round the clock including cleaning and greasing all moving parts on monthly basis complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (iii) If spare parts of original make is not available in market necessary suitable spare equivalent to existing Boom Barrier and Type ripper part as approved by Engineer-in-charge shall be used in the work so that to run theBoom Barrier and Type ripper with smooth functioning (iv) Rs 1000/hr will be recovered if the complaint is not attended within 4 hrs of intimation. (v) The above E/M equipments shall be repaired through OEM or authorised agency of OEM only

Supply, laying and testing cable XLPE Insulated ,screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 Volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 16 sq mm 4 core complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, laying and testing cable XLPE Insulated ,screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 Volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 25 sq mm 4 core complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, laying and testing cable XLPE Insulated ,screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 Volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 70 sq mm 3.5 core complete all as specified and directed.

S&F High density poythelyne (HDPE) pipes of pressure rating 6kgf/ sq/ m of size 50 mm for cable protection laid in trenches complete all as specified and directed

Excavation in trenches in hard/dense soil not exceeding 1.5 meter wide and not exceeding 1.5M in depth for laying of cables/pole and getting out of excavated material complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm thick each, excavated soil in trenches after the pipes have been laid and tested complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated soil to a distance not exceeding 50 meter and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.50 meter above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 3 core 1.5 sqmm PVC insulated PVC sheathed weather proof multistranded copper conductor cable 1100 volts grade drawn through in PVC conduit, all as specified and directed.

M&L for earthing complete with galvanised steel plate earth electrode 600X600X6mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 meter below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 metre below normal ground level connected to GI strip 25X4mm at two points by means of bolts and nut, check nut and washers including charcoal dust, common salt, necessary excavation in hard/dense soil, returning filling in and removal of surplus soil to a distance up to 50metres, PCC pit in 1:3:6 type CI (using 20mm grade stone aggregate) RCC 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20mm grade stone aggregate ) 50mm thick pit cover, reinforced with 8mm dia TMT bars 75mm c/c, both ways MS handle 12mm dia, GI funnel, wire mesh and GI watering pipe of 20mm bore GI (light grade) and earth lead protection pipe 40mm bore (light grade) all as specified, directed and shown in electrical plate No 3 of SSR Part-I including testing complete. Note : GI strip and protection pipes 40 mm GI light grade up to 7.5 metre is included in unit rate and beyond that the same will be measured separately.

M&L for Earth continuty conductor or main earthing lead as 25x4 mm GI strip fixed to wall on batten or recess or chasses or burried in ground or drawn in conduit /pipe or fixed to pole or any other situation for loop earthing etc.
