Taking up or down steel tubing and connetion including cleaning for refixing or removing to store of 15mm bore of pipe, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying 15 mm mm dia .of bore CPVC pipe SDR11 and Plain CPVC SDR11 fittings (ISI ) marked ,concealed or fixed to wall or laid in floors complete all as specified and as directed

Fixing only old steel tubing 15 mm and connection obtained from taking down against item No. 1 here in before in new or old position fixed to wall, ceiling or laid in floor with new fitting for the following sizes-

S&F, 15mm bore tubes medium grade galvanised with all fitting and fixed to walls and ceiling or laid in floor etc complete all as specified and as directed

M& L for demolition cement concrete of any description in any position not otherwise specifically provided including existing water proofing treatment by brushing with wire brush, cleaning of terracing by taking down cement concrete, existing plaster lime coba 80 to 100mm thick mud phuska/cement concrete/lime coba etc, cleaning of all foreign material such as fungus mass dust etc, roughing surface of corner to roof by wire brush and removing debries/rubbish off materials out side of Ministry of defence (MOD) land complete all as specified and directed.

M & L Plain cement concrete (1:2:4) type B0 using 12.5 mm graded stone agg as in coping or roof kerbs on roof chamfered on edge including troweling slightly complete all as specified and directed.

Roughening of existing surface of old concrate floor by picking, sweeping, cleaning and washing down with water to remove dust, etc. and brushing with neat cement slurry at 3.00 kg of cement per sqm etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 10 mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 on concrete surfaces when concrete is still green finished even and fair including mixing of water proofing compound as per manufacturer instruction etc complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- Water proofing compound shall be measured separately

Supply only integral water proofing compound complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L applying water proofing treatment with the following:- (a) First coat of bitumen primer conforming to IS-3384 @ 0.3Kg / sqm to be applied on prepared surface till the surface is properly impregnated. (b) after the application of approved bituminous primer the water proofing memberne minimum weight 3kg/sqm and minimum 3mm thick reinforced with polyesterd non woven fabric (weight not less then 160gms/sqm) shall be laid on the primed surface by torch application method as per manufactured instruction. (c) All joints and change in direction should be curved with cement mortar (1:3) mixed with SBR latex @ 200ml per bag of cement and cured well before laying of membrane.

M & L for cement concrete tiles 25cm x 25xm x20-22mm thick, machine pressed; set, jointed and pointed in net cement slurry in floors etc, cut and polished, rubber moulded with grey cement and no pigment over and including 15 mm thick screed bed in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of asbestos/ CGI cement (corrugated, semi-corrugated) etc sheets in roof covering including ridges etc complete all as directed.

S&F 6 mm thick asbestos cement, corrugated or semi-corrugated sheets in roofs,walls. Etc fixed with L or J type hooks complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for asbestos cement two piece adjustable plain wing ridge 6 mm thick fixed with L or J type hooks or bolts etc complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F for pre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based double ribbed trapezoidal profile steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering /cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F for pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based plain steel sheet 0.50mm of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling cast iron work of any description and in any position including doors, gates rafter purlin etc. complete all as specified and directed.

S&F rolled sections as in main and cross beams, hip and jack rafters; purlins where connected to common rafters and running railsand guides for sliding doors; fixed with angle cleats or other connecting plates, wind tie, trush etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for applying for two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer on new steel surfaces over 10 cm width or girth including preparation of new surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint on steel or iron surfaces of any decription, over 10 cm in width or grith, not othewise described including preparation of old painted surfaces complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling wall and ceiling boards (fibre, pulp, insulation, etc.) or insulation boards/slabs/ blankets, any thickness, including cover fillets complete all as specified and as directed

S & F in repair false ceiling with 3/4 mm thick Asbestos tiles laminated with white PVC film on face side & metalized polyster film (Aluminium foil) on the back side with all four edges sealed with PVC film of size 600 x 600 mm (595 X 595 mm) fixed with clips & screws including anodised aluminium snap grid frame work for false ceiling of Tee/Angle of weight not less than 300 gm per RM with slot for fixing including necessary suspender of flat iron or 4 mm dia bars of required length fixed in purlin of roof not exceeding 1.20 m both ways including all accessories required for suspending ceiling work complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge

Demolition of brick work /stone work built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Brick work with sub class B bricks straight or curved on plan exc. 6m mean radius built in cement mortar (1:6).complete all as specified and as directed.

M& L for Brick work with sub-class `B' bricks, straight or curved on plan to any radius, in half brick thick wall built in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down cement or cement lime plaster on brick or stone walls etc. including racking out joints hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for 10 mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:6) on brick or concrete surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 15 mm thick rendering in cement mortar on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces , applied in two layers ie. Ist layer of 10 mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:6 ) and 2nd ( top ) layer of 5 mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:4 ) & finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 5 mm thick in Cement Mortar (1:3) on ceiling finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Preparation of new surfaces plastered or unplastered surfaces and applying two coat of white wash on wall complete all as specified and directed by Engr -in - charge.

M&L preparation of newly plastered or unplastered surfaces and applying two coat of cement base paint complete all as specified and directed by Engr -in - charge.

S&F 1000 ltr capacity rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tank (cylindrical vertical with closed top) ,WHITE , ISI marked , Triple layered construction , hoisted and fixed in position including S&F 20mm dia GI pipe medium grade washout pipe 450mm long with plug and 20mm dia GI pipe medium grade overflow pipe 600mm long with fitting etc complete all as specified in SSR Part -I 2009 complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F for 15 mm ball valves high pressure of PTMT with epoxy coated Aluminium rod & highdensity plastic ball screwed for iron pipe and fixed. (Minimum weight 15mm-142gms/ 20 m m - 210 gms / 25mm-455gms/ 40mm - 690 gms) complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair 15 mm Ball valves high pressure of PTMT with epoxy coated Aluminium rod & highdensity plastic ball screwed for iron pipe and fixed 20mm dia of pipe . (Minimum weight 15mm-142gms/ 20mm-210gms./ 25mm-455gms/ 40mm - 690 gms) complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for in repair gun metal globe / gate value with iron wheel head screwed both ends for iron pipe of 15 mm bore, complete all as specified and directed.

Cleaning and refixing, removing all scale and dirt, etc, from tanks (any capacity) and from mouths of circulating pipes, etc complete all as specified and directed
