Checkup/Repair of Submersible Pump set in the premises of Fire and Emergency Station Roop Nagar Jammu.

Job includes extraction of already lowered damaged Submersible Pumpset and lowering of repaired Pumpset in the premises of Fire and Emergency station Roop Nagar. Job includes Complete Rewinding of damaged submersible Motor with Copper wire as per original design alongwith P/F of submersible cable leads each of length 1.5 mtr to 2 mtr each of specification as per the motor power in KW/HP including dismantling checking for any current leakages loading/unloading fitting making connections, calibration of panel at site. Testing in pit at workshop. Replacement of components of damaged submersible pump and make it suitable for proper discharge along with allied works Providing, Installation, testing and commissioning of gantry over the tubewell for hoisting Chain Block by way of P/F and erection of 2 no. vertical columns. Each vertical column should be made by way of welding 4 no. of 2" MS angles properly welding with supports with 2" MS angles at a proper regular distance of 3 feet. Each vertical column should be 15 feet above ground level and 5 feet below ground level having distance of 15 feet between them properly grouting into pit with MS plate at bottom, filling with RCC in the ratio of 1:2:4. Providing and fitting of 10 inch girder 15 feet in length at the top ends of erected vertical columns. Fabrication and fitting of U-shaped tie rod/clamp which is to be fabricated out of MS flat to be fitted with submersible pump by fabrication and fitting of bolts and nuts which are to be welded on both sides of the clamp. Coupling of submersible pump-set and shifting to site of work. Extracting the already lowered pump set along-with column pipes, cable and all necessary elements. Lowering the submersible pump motor set, calibration of panel, testing and commissioning of submersible pump set at site. Job also includes repairing of Panel to make it suitable for working. The complete job includes rewinding and repairing of submersible pumpset, shifting of submersible pumpset from site to workshop and from workshop to site, flanges, nuts, bolts, rubber sheets and labour charges.
