Removing of unserviceable broken long rail of charpoy GI pipe and providing new long rail made of GI pipe 32 mm dia medium grade (Make-Parkash/Surya/Jindle/Swastik) duly threaded both ends Complete. all as specified and shown on Drg No. FD - 220

Cutting of old GI pipe 32 mm bore by coverting GI Pipe long rail (obtained from Sch 'A' item No 4 above) into short rail threading suitably and fixing all as specified & directed. Refer Drg No. FD - 220

Removing the old existing unserviceable/ broken existing short rail of 32mm bore GI pipe and converting into legs by cutting /threading suitably and fixing with existing elbow all as specified and shown in drg. Refer Drg No. FD - 220

Removing of unserviceable nylon tape newar from charpoy GI pipe& converted into hard top charpoy by Providing 12mm thick plywood BWR grade including 3 nos MS square tube of size 25mm x 25mm, 16 gauge along width of charpoy, fixed duly welded with frame as support to plywood with hole and fixed with required size nuts & bolts all as specified and directed. (c) M & L for Spray painting to both external and internal surfaces of Almirah large with shelves with one coat of synthetic enamel paint, including scraping wherever necessary and applying putty and making smoothening of complete surfaces before painting

(a) Removing unserviceable leg and providing new leg made out of 1mm thick MS black sheet duly painted with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer by means of spray painting and welding to almirah large steel with shelves

Removing of unserviceable broken handle and providing new handle steel chromium plated for Almirah Large/Med Steel

REPAIRS TO TABLE OFFICE CLERK STEEL :-FD-1004/84

(a) Removing the drawer shelve of Table Office Clerk and providing new drawer shelve made out with MS sheet 20 gauge and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide by means of spray painting and duly welded all as directed

(b) Removing unserviceable lock & providing new drawer brass lock with stainless steel duplicate keys for table office clerk.

(c) Welding the frame by providing new MS Square Tube 25mm x 25mm, 1mm thick

(d) Removing the worn out wooden table top and providing with new table top of size 1200mm x 600mm made out of 18/19mm thick pre-laminated particle board exterior grade natural teak finish one side fixed with PVC beading all round the table top complete all as specified and directed

(e) M & L for Painting complete Table by means of spray painting with one coat of synthetic enamel paint in shade as appvoed by GE/Engr-in -charge

REPAIR TO TABLE DINING ORs :- FD-165

(a) Taking down existing unserviceable MS Square tube and welding the frame by proving new MS Square tube of size 25mm x 25mm, 16 Gauge complete all as directed

(b) Removing worn out wooden top of table and providing with 18/19 mm thick particle board exterior grade top of size 1900 x 635 mm covered with 22 gauge superior quality aluminium sheet all as shown on drawing and directed.

(c) M & L for painting to complete frame of table with one coat of synthetic enamel paint by means of spray painting .

REPAIR TO LOCKER STEEL FD-1029 :-

(a) Removing the existing unserviceable legs & providing & fixing new legs made out of 1mm thick MS black sheet duly painted with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer by means of spray painting as per existing pattern.

(b) Scraping the old paint and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint to locker steel by means of spray painting (shade as appvoed by GE/Engr-in -charge)

REPAIR TO TABLE DINING STEEL 900 X 900 X760 MM :- FD-1009

(a) Removing worn out top of table and provided new top of size 900 x 900mm , made out with 18/19 mm thick prelaminated particle board exterior grade with natural teak finish, one side fixed with PVC beading all round the top complete all as directed.

(b) M & L for painting to complete frame of Table with one coat of synthetic enamel paint.(shade as appvoed by GE/Engr-in -charge)

(c) Taking out existing unserviceable MS Square tube and welding the frame by providing new MS Square tube of size 25 mm x 25 mm 16 gauge complete all as directed

REPAIR TO FORM W/O BACK :-FD-77/127

(a) Taking out existing unserviceable MS Square tube & welding the frame by providing new MS Square tube of size 25 x 25 mm, 16 gauge complete all as directed

(b) Removing worn out wooden planks & providing 25 mm thick 2nd class hard wood planks fixed with nut & bolts as per existing pattern (all as shown in drawings).

(c) M & L for painting complete frame with one coat of synthetic enamel paint by means of spray painting (shade approved by GE/Engr -in-charge )

Repairs to Table steel 900X600x760mm. FD-1007/1008

(a) Removing the worn out table top and providing new table top of size 900mmx 600mm made out of 18 /19 mm thick pre-laminated particle board exterior grade natural teak finish, one side fixed with PVC beading all round the table top all as shown in drawing.

(b) M & L for painting complete table with one coat of synthetic enamel paint by means of spray painting . ( shade as approved by GE/Engr-in-charge).

Teapoy Verandah FD-256 , FD/E6/MAP/17 Removing unserviceable / broken top of Teapoy verandah and S & F new top made out of 18/19mm thick prelaminated particle board exterior grade including 4mm thick 1st class hard wood teak edging around the table top .all as specified & shown on drawing

Bed Hard (MAP) FD/E6/MAP/08R

(a) Removing unserviceable ply top and fixing of 12mm ply BWR grade-I. Bed hard commercial of size all as shonwn on drg.

(b) Spot welding at joints and smoothening the surface by sand papering and bursh painting of entire steel frame of bed Hard (MAP). Shade as per existing colour with glassy finish over a coat of red oxide premier .

Table bed side MAP FD/E6/MAP/15 R

(a) Removing of unserviceable plywood back side and S&F new plywood 12mm ply BWR grade-I commercial all as directed and shown on drgs

(b) Removing of unserviceable side of table bed side and providing new 18/19mm thick pre-laminated particle board exterior.(one side teak face and other side white confirming to IS-3087 )

(c) Removing of unserviceable Drawer and providing new 18/19mm thick particle board .one side teak face and other side white and suitable handle as directed and shown on drgs.

Repairs to chair computers with arms as under Drg. FD/E6/MAP/01

(a) Replacement of old unserviceable castors wheel with new castor wheel of different types as per trades patttern

(b) Replacement of old tappestry cloth with new tapestry cloth/rexine. (coth of approved quality and shade) alongwith new foam 50mm foam 32 density clushion as directed by Engr-in -Charge to seat and back of chair computer including fixing/tightening/welding and greasing wherever required and painting with synthetic enamel paint of required shade. (Note: The rate of tapestrey cloth/rexine shall no be less than Rs160 per mtr.)

Repairs to Chair CB Steel with Arms FD-75(M)

(a) Removing of unserviceable/ broken back frame and S & F new back frame made out of 1st class hardwood (Teak ) duly black French polished for Chair CB steel with arms with suitable screws including Godrej pattern canning, . complete all as specified & shown on drgs.

(b) Ditto all as per item No. 24(a) above but for seat frame.

(c ) Removing of unserviceable/broken arm and S & F new arm made out of first class hard wood ( teak) duly black French polished with necessary screws, complete all as specified & shown on drgs.

(d) Removing of unserviceable / broken MS cleats and S & F of new MS cleats of size 25 x 3mm,50mm long fixed by arc welding to chairs tubular frame for fixing the seat, back and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint (olive green) to the steel frame all as directed.

Repairs to Chair CB A Special with Hand Rest Fd-120 (M)/FD-60

(a) Removing of unserviceable / broken back frame and S&F new back frame made out of 1st class hardwood (teak ) duly French polished for chair CBA special with hand rest including Godrej pattern canning with suitable screws complete all as specified and shown on drgs..

(b) Ditto all as per item No. 25 (a) above, but for seat frame.

(c ) Removing of unserviceable / broken arm from existing chair and S&F new arm made out of first class hard wood ( teak ) duly French polished with necessary screws complete all as specified and shown on drgs.

Repairs to Chair CB Steel without Arms FD-75(M)

(a) Removing of unserviceable/ broken back frame and S & F new back frame made out of 1st class hardwood ( Teak ) duly black French polished for Chair CB steel without arms with suitable screws including Godrej pattern canning, . complete all as specified & shown on drgs.

(b) Ditto all as per item No.26 (a) above, but for seat frame.

(c) Removing of unserviceable / broken MS cleats and S & F new MS cleats of size 25 x 3mm,50mm long fixed by arc welding to chairs tubular frame for fixing the seat, back and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint (olive green) to the steel frame

Chair Varandah : (Drg No : FD-256) Remove the old unservicable and S&F new PVC seat & back 4 mm th with wt not less than 1.85 Kg and from chair varandah Including preparation of steel surfaces (derusting and cleaning) and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint (white) on steel framel as specified and shown on drgs. Make : PVC VIRGO or equivalent as approved by GE.

Chair Varandah : (Drg No : FD/MAP/-II/06) Remove the old unservicable and S&F new PVC seat & back 4 mm from chair varandah Including preparation of steel surfaces (derusting and cleaning) and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint (white) on steel framel as specified and shown on drgs. Make : PVC VIRGO or equivalent as approved by GE.

Note: Amount of sch of credit of Rs.12,914.00/-will be deducted from total amount of BOQ.
