   Bulk quantity order will be placed only on CLW approved manufacturers or their authorized dealers/agents as mentioned in CLW's L./No.- ELDD/3662/Pt Dt.- 08.11.2024 for the tendered item.

If two or more bidders are found to be sister concerns or affiliates(having common partner/director/promoter/owner/holding company decision control,etc.) the offers of all such sister concerns shall be summarily rejected as per relevant provisions of IRS terms and conditions.
