Taking down mud plaster on brick or stone walls, etc., including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc., and removing unserviceable debris off the premises all as specified and as directed.

M & L for rendering 10mm thick in CM (1:3) on fair faces of brick work /concrete /stone wall surfaces to make even and rough to receive top layer complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for rustic punch wall (digital ceramic tile) in vertical surface (size 300 x 450 as approved design by GE) set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match the shade of the tile, laid over and including rendering/ backing coat of 10mm thick in CM (1:3) complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for preparation of new or previously untreated steel surfaces of any description, over 10 cm width or girth, not otherwise described and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint (any shade) over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparation of old plastered surfaces of wall and applying one coat of anti fungal paint Apex weather coating on external wall including filling of nail holes /disturbed surface by cementious wall care putty complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F in repairs stainless steel wire cloth 0.36mm nominal dia of wire and average width of aperture 1.40mm and fixed with stainless steel wire staples /wooden beading complete all as specified and as directed.

Surface excavation n.exc 30 cm deep and averaging 15 cm deep and getting out in hard/ dense soil all as specified and directed.

M & L for PCC (1:4:8) , type D-2, (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in foundation, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for providing 75mm thick cement concrete (1:3:6) type C-2 (using 40mm grade stone aggregate) as in plinth protection/and pavings finishing cement concrete surface even and fair without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavating over areas n.exc 1.5 m deep and getting out in hard/dense soil complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for walling of random rubble uncousred well bounded bedded and solidly hearted built in CM (1:4) and pointed the dressed surface with same mortar as the work process complete all as specified and as directed.

Description all as per Item No 141 above except stone complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Serviceable stone obtained from Item No 98 shall be reused.

M & L for hand packing with broken stone or boulders or loose filling with aggregate of gauge 40 to 80 mm in back of walls /Back side abutment at weep holes areas etc all as specified and directed by Eng-in Charge.

Extra over stone walling for hammer dressing to face stones and dressing of face beds and joints as specified of random rubble walling, uncoursed or brought upto courses, hammer dressing with maximum depression on face from straight edge held against the dressed surface n.exc 40mm granite or trap stone complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for flush pointing to random rubble masonry (newly constructed) uncoursed brought up to courses in CM (1:4) complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling in including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers n.exc 25 cm thick with excavated soil all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated material to a distance exc 1.5 Km but n.exc 5.00 Km and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.50 m above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling posts or struts (wood, steel or RCC) any section and flat iron piece, incl taking out embedded portion and making good the disturbed ground complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling fencing wire mesh, any type (incl 10mm dia bar) complete all as specified and directed

S & F MS steel work in posts and struts in fencing including cutting, drilling holes, weilding tops to shape as directed notching for wire etc flats iron fillets, (for securing wire mesh etc ), iron gates similar work conforming to Fe 410-0 complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F Mild steel screw bolts screwed on end with hexagonal or square head at one head and to be fittled with nuts and washers 11 to 15 mm dia of neck and length of bolt exc 5 cm but n .exc 10cm long complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only Chain link fencing MS galvanised fencing 50 x 50mm mesh and 2.50mm to 3.00 dia wire all as specified and as directed.

Fixing only chain link MS galvanised fencing any size or type all as specified and directed.

S & F for mild steel round bars 10 mm dia and over , cut to length , bent to shape reqd incl craning, bending , hooking ends and binding with and incl steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for preparation of new steel surfaces and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer n.exc 10cm in width or girth when unconnected with other painting or when painted in a different tint complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F stainless steel railing grade 304 tubular section of thickness 16 gauge including necessary weldig at joints, grinding & mirror polishing, stainless steel caps, ball, floor caps, all stainless steel chain in two row incl accessories and fixed to existing footpath/steps/wall 150mm drilling hole (deep) in existing wall, distance between the post is min 1 mtr necessary concrete including dismantling complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for precast cement concrete (1:3:6) type C1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) block masonry with solid blocks, exc 10 cm in width and set in cement mortar (1:4) complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M & L for PCC (1:3:6) type C-2 (using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in surface channels or drains etc, complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for extra for forming fair finished drain or channel any girth in cement concrete using extra cement including forms, moulds mitred/stopped ends etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for preparation of old painted surfaces of steel materials of any description not other wise described over 10 Cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and as directed.

General Notes as applicable to all above items : Quoted rate shall be included for broken tiles/old wooden/debries removed from site. No extra amount should be paid to contractor for removing any debries from the site.
