Maintenance and Cleaning work of Mini Secretariate, Alwar.(Annual Contract 2026-27) NIT 08/2026-27/Item15

Cleaning & Maintaining of Mini Secretariat Inner Campus including all floor, Room, Various Galleries and other part etc - including outer Campus which will include following (a) Daily cleaning of MINI Secretariat Inner campus area all rooms, meeting halls, stairs and other inner area with electric wiper and other automatic cleaning devices. along with manual labour at each floor and cleaning of water tanks as per direction of Engineer Incharge (b) Daily Cleaning and maintenance of windows / Ventilators, doors, glass doors, stairs, railing ate at each floor. (c) Daily cleaning outer campus area of Mini Secretariat a building, including of railings, gates, Roads etc (d) Daily cleaning of all toilets with phenol, detergent, black salt with provision of naphthalene balls at each floor and rooms and also provided room freshener in toilets at each floor All above mentioned Cleaning and maintenance work should be up to entire satisfaction & direction of Engineer incharge. There should minimum 10 Sweepers should work per day. Contractor have to appoint one care taker for the above work.
