CERTAIN REPAIR TO INSIDE ROADS AND POT HOLES AT SECTOR B, DHANA MIL STATION UNDER AGE (I) DHANA

M & L for Scarifying or picking gravelled, macadam or bituminous macadam surfaces in area exc 400 sqm and n exc 50mm deep complete all as specified and as directed.

Preparing existing black top surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc., sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for appilying tack coat on existing bituminous cement concrete or primed granular surface to ensure a bond between the surface being paved and the overlaying course with priming tack coat VG-10 grade @ 05 Kg/10Sqm of surface complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for bituminous macadam not exceeding 75 mm thickness (compacted thickness) using hot mix plant and mechanical paver with 4% binder (paving grade bitumen VG-30 grade) content by weight of total mix, rolled and compacted with power roller 8 to 10 tonnes to required camber and gradient complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- (i) Bituminous macadam shall be laid using self propelled hydrostatic paver finisher and preparation of mix shall be using hot mix plant and transporting the mix in tipper. (ii) The exact bitumen content required shall be determined as per IRC 27: 2009. The adjustment in rate due to variation in quantity of bitumen if any shall be priced at the rate of ₹44 per kg.

M & L for applying tack coat (VG10) on existing bituminous, cement concrete or primed granular surface to ensure a bond between the surface being paved and the overlaying course at the rate of 3 kg per 10 sqm of surface complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for semi dense ashphaltic concrete 30 mm (compacted thickness) using graded crushed stone aggregate premixed with binder (paving grade bitumen VG-30 grade) @ 5.5% by weight of total mix & hydraulic lime filler, rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient complete all as specified and as directed.

Providing and applying 2.5mm thick and nt exc 10 cm wide on road marking strips(retro reflective) of specified shade / colour using hot thermoplastic material by fully / semi automatic thermoplastic paint applicator machine fitted with profile shoe,glass beads dispenser,propane tank heater and profile shoe heater,driven by experienced operator on road surface including cost of material,labour,T&P claning the road surface of all dirt, seals ,Oil,greade and forign material etc.complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for surface dressing nt exc 15 cm depth in soft /loose soil complete all as specified and directed

M&L for Moorum/red bajri filling in road side berms, laid in layers n exc. 15 cm thick, spread, levelled and rammed including watering complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing, in repairs, Solar cat eye aluminum alloy shall (100% water proofing design according to 65) of size 125mm x 125mm x 25mm (shank 65mm) of high efficiency Mono rystafie solar panel 2.4V/ 0.3 watt one NI-ed rechargeable battery (1.2V/ 1600MA) consisting of super bright LED with 10,000 to 18,000 mcd completed as per manufactures instructions etc. complete all as specified and as directed.
