Erection of Metallic pole of following length in cement concrete 1:3:6( 1 cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size ) foundation including excavation and refilling etc as required. Above 8.0 mtrs. And upto 10.0 mtrs.

Erection of Metallic pole of following length in cement concrete 1:3:6( 1 cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size ) foundation including excavation and refilling etc as required. Above 10 mtrs. And upto 12 mtrs.

Erection of angle iron / channel iron cross arm on wood/ RCC /PCC / Steel tubular / Rail pole etc. as reqd.

Supply & Erection of 75mm x 90mm shackle Insulator with GI Bolts, Nuts and straps etc as reqd

Supply & Erection of 100mm x 65mm pin Insulator complete with G.I. Spindle and nuts etc. as reqd .

Erection of LV/MV shackle/pin insulator etc as reqd.

Erection of ACSR conductor of 7/2.11 mm to 7/3.00 mm diameter including binding etc as reqd.

Dismantling of pole/ street light standard/ strut embedded in cement concrete foundation etc. as required.

Dismantling of over head lines comprising of copper/ alluminium over head conductor, G.I. wire, cross arms, insulators etc. as required.

Supplying & erection of stay set complete(galvanized) with 19/20 mm diaX 1.8 mtrs long stay rod ,anchor plate of size 45cmx45cmx7.5mm thimble, stay clamps, bow tightener, 7/3.15 mm dia GI stay wire and strain insulator etc. in cement concrete 1:3:6 (1 cement:3 coarse sand :6 graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size) foundation including excavation and refilling etc. as required.

Supply of clamps with M.S. nut,bolts and washers as required.

Earthing with G.I. earth pipe 2.5 Mtr long, 40mm dia., including accessories and providing masonary enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe etc. with charcoal /coke and salt etc., as required.

Erection of G.I wire 6 SWG including binding etc as required.

Painting of pole 01 mtr length with one coat of redoxide as primer and one coat of synthetic enamel paint of red / yellow/black/blue having approved brand & manufacture for colour demarcation of poles and numbering of poles by synthetic enamel paint.

Erection of G.I pipe boom for street light bracket of 40 mm dia on lighting pole etc as required.

Supply of 6 SWG G.I wire.

Dismantling & Erection of all type of LED Light fittings as required.

Supplying of channel iron 75mm x 40mm x 6mm cross arm for 4 wire OH line complete with clamps,bolts, nuts & washer etc. including drilling of holes for insulator pin sets and painting with primer & finish paint etc as required.

Supplying of angle iron 50mm x 50mm x 6mm cross arm for LED flood light fittings, 2 wire overhead line with clamp, nut and bolts including drilling holes and painting with primer & finish paint etc as required.

Supply of two lengths of channel iron 75mm x 40mm x6mm(7.4kg/mtr.) double pole cross arm for DP cluster (6 to 8 nos of LED light fittings) complete with through bolts & nuts for clamping to the poles, 50mm x 6mm M.S flats welded on one side to the channel iron and with bolts & nuts on other side for tying the cross arms together , including drilling holes for insulator pins/fittings, bolts,nuts & washers and painting with primer and finish paint as required.

Providing and fixing 1.2 metres high GI barbed wire (weighing 9.38 kg per 100 mts.) fencing with 1.8 m angle iron posts 40 mm x 40 mm x 6 mm placed every 3 metres center to center founded in M15 grade cement concrete, 0.6 metre below ground level, every 15th post, last but one end post and corner post shall be strutted on both sides and end post on one side only and provided with 9 horizontal lines and 2 diagonals interwoven with horizontal wires, fixed with GI staples, turn buckles etc complete as per clause 808 for fencing of distribution transformers including LT switch and HT isolator etc as required.

Replacement of damaged Light fittings with new LED lights of one Hi-mast towers as required.

Total impact of GST plus Labour Cess [@ 1 % (BOCW Cess to be deducted from the RA bill as per the value of the work progress)] for the purpose of CTC
