Removal of existing asphaltic wearing coat comprising of 50mm thick asphaitic concrete laid over 12mm thick mastic asphalt including disposal with all lift and lead up to 1000m.

Providing and laying 25 mm thick mastic asphalt wearing course with paving grade bitumen meeting the requirements given in table 500-39, prepared by using mastic cooker and laid to required level and slope after cleaning the surface, including providing antiskid surface with bitumen pre- coated fine grained hard stone chipping of 13.2 mm nominal size at the rate of 0.005cum per 10 sqm and at an approximate spacing of 10 cm center to center in both directions, pressed into surface when the temperature of surfaces is not less than 1000C, protruding 1 mm to 4 mm over mastic surface, all complete as per clause 516.

Providing and laying cement concrete in 1:2:4 with 20mm. Nominal size stone grit in stead of 40mm stone ballast, approved coarse sand and cement, curing complete, Including cost of form work. As per S.I. No. 279a.

Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in foundation and plinth in:. As per DSR S.I. No. 6.1.1

12mm thick Cement plaster in (1 cement : 4 Coarse sand) single coat of fair side of single of half brick wall for interior plastering upto floor two level including internal rounded angles chamfers, and/or rounded angles not exceeding 80mm. In girth and finished even and smooth No. extra for mixing any additive.

Providing and inserting nipples with approved fixing compound after drilling holes for grouting as per Technical Specifications including subsequent cutting/removal and sealing of the hole as necessary of nipples after completion of grouting with Cement/Epoxy. As per MORT&H Specification No. 17.04(2800).

Guniting concrete surface with cement mortar applied with compressor after cleaning surface and spraying with epoxy complete as per Technical Specification. As per MORT&H Specification No. 17.03(2807).

Finishing walls with Premium Acrylic Smooth exterior paint with Silicone New work (Two or more coats applied @ 1.43 Itr/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/10 sqm) additives of required shade:. As per DSR S.I. No. 13.47.1.
