Excavation in foundations trenches etc. in earth work in all kinds of soil such as pick work, jumper work, blasting work in hard/ soft rocks, chiselling / wedgeing out of hard /soft rock upto all leads and lifts stacking the excavated soil / materials not more than 3 metres clear from the edge of excavation and then returning the stacked soil in 15 centimetre layers when required into plinths side of foundations etc., consoildating each deposited layer by ramming and watering and then disposing of all surplus excavated earth for out let within all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer-in -Charge.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:3:6 ( 1 cement : 3 sand: 6 graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of form work in foundation and plinth within all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying cement concrete work 1 : 1. 50 : 3 ( 1 cement : 1.50 sand: 3 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of form work and reinforcement for reinforced concrete work in:-

Foundations, footings bases of columns and the like mass concrete within all leads and lifts as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Wall (any thickness but not less than 0.10 metre thickness) attached pilasters, buttersses, plinth and string courses etc. from top of foundation level upto floor two level within all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying cement concrete work 1 : 2 : 4 ( 1 cement : 2 sand: 4 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of form work and reinforcement for reinforced concrete work in suspended floor roofs, landing & shelves and their support balconies,beams, girders, bressumers and cantilever upto floor two level within all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing form work with steel plates 3.15 milimetre thick welding with angle iron in frame 30x30x5 milimetre so as to give fair finish including centering, shuttering and propping etc. with wooden battens and ballies, height of propping and centring below floor to ceiling not exceeding four metres and removal of the same for in-situ-reinforced concrete and plain concrete work in:-

Vertical surfaces such as walls (any thickness) partitions and the like including attached pillasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses and the like within all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer-in Charge.

Flat surfaces such as soffits of suspended floors, roofs, landings and the like floor etc. up to 200 milimetres in thickness within all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer -in- Charge.

Providing tor steel reinforcement for reinforced concrete work including bending, binding and placing in position complete up to floor two level including within all leads and lifts as per direction of Engineer -in- Charge.

Providing and fixing 1mm thick M.S. sheet man hole cover of size 0.60x0.60 metre welded with frame of M.S. flat iron 25mm x 5mm using central cross pieces alongwith bottom frame of size 0.60x0.60 metre of angle iron size 40mmx40mmx6mm including locking arrangement and welding complete and applying priming coat of red lead paint (the weight of cover and frame to be not less than 14.91 kg.) within all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer-in- Charge.

Steel work welded in built-up sections, trusses and framed work including cutting housting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of red lead paint in gratings, framed guard bars, ladders, railngs, brackets and similarswork within all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer-in- Charge.

Providing in RCC work smooth finishing of the exposed surface with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 sand) within all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer -in- Charge.

Squared rubble masonery coursed with hard stone of approved quality in foundation and plinth including raking out joints in cement mortar 1 : 4 ( 1 cement : 4 sand) within all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer -in- Charge.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:2:4 ( 1 cement : 2 sand: 4 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of form work in foundation and plinth within all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

20mm cement plaster in single on rough side of brick / concrete /stone masonery wall for interior plastering up to floor two level including arrises, internal rounded angles chamfers and or rounded angles not exceeding 80mm in girth and finished even and smoth in cement mortar 1 : 6 ( 1cement : 6 sand ) within all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer-in -Charge.

Providing and fixing 2.40 mtr height fencing with MS angles post 65x65x6mm total height 2.50 mtr. centre to centre with 9 nos horizontal lines and two diagonals of galvanised steel barbed wire (IS 278-1962 Type I) total weight 9.38 Kg.per 100 metres(minimum) including earth work cement concrete 1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 sand : 6 graded stone agg. 20mm nominal size ) and curing complete within all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer-in- Charge.

Steel work welded in built-up section,trusses and framed work including cutting housting, fixing in position and applying a primering coat of red lead paint in beams joists channels, angle cleets as in main and cross beam, hip and jack rafters, purlins connected to common rafters, and like within all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer-in- Charge.

Pproviding and fixing oxdized M.S. sliding door bolts with nuts and screws etc. complete (250x 16mm) within all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer-in -Charge.

Providing and fixing M S.pressed but hinges with necessary screw 125x65x2.12 mm with in all lead and lifts.as per direction of Engineer in Charge.

Laying, jointing & testing in trenches galvanised mild steel tube (Light grade) tube fitting including entire carriage of materials within all leads and lifts as per direction of Engineer -in- Charge of the following nominal bores.
