Design, fabrication, Supply, Installation, testing and commissioning of pressure filter Plant on turnkey basis as per details given below: Pre Filter Unit Capacity: 10000 GPH Mild steel construction pre filter unit size as per requirement with necessary pipe lines, fittings, nest of valves, sampling cocks, pressure gauges and initial charge of filtering media of graded sand and gravel. Shell thickness: 6mm, Dish thickness: 8mm, Frontal pipe diameter: 125mm Filter Media as per requirement Multi-grade filter plant Capacity: 10000 GPH Mild steel construction pre filter unit size as per requirement with necessary pipe lines, fittings, nest of valves, sampling cocks, pressure gauges and initial charge of filtering media of graded sand and gravel. Shell thickness: 6mm, Dish thickness : 8mm, Frontal pipe diameter: 125mm Filter Media as per requirement Air Blower Rotary all iron construction air blower (complete unit) Back wash system The filter units require periodic back washing at least once in a day depending on pressure drop across the filter bed. The back washing will be accomplished with filtered water to be made available from the clear water sump. The necessary piping arrangement to be provided for backwash. Pipe line and valve fitting Necessary interconnecting pipe lines fittings valves etc. as required for all the above mentioned equipment for efficient operation of the system as per requirement complete in all respects.
