The insulation manufactured as per BS 476 Part 7 & which should also meet UL 94test supplementary materials for air distribution system which should not absorbs less 0.2% water by volume (ASTM c 209), should not support microbial growth (ASTM 2180, G21, G22) and should not emit objectionable odors (ASTM C 665) and should have thermal conductivity of 0.04W/m K @ 20 degC as per DIN EN 12667. and water vapor permeance of 0.10. Adhesive shall be used additionally with VOC level not exceeding 50 grms / Litre.

Supply & fixing of Thermal insulation for supply air duct & Return air duct 19 mm thick class " O " Closed cell nitrile rubber based Microban Antimicrobial product production elastomeric insulation with the density of 40 - 55 kg/m³. The insulation manafactured as per BS 476 Part 7test & which should also meet UL94 supplementary materials for air distribution system which should not absorbs less 0.2% water by volume (ASTM D 1056), should not support microbial growth (ASTM D2180, G21, G22) and should not emit objectionable odors (ASTM C 665) and should have thermal conductivity of 0.033W/m.k @ 0deg C as per DIN EN 12667. and water vapor permeance of 0.10. Joints should be sealed with 50 mm wide 3 mm thick self adhesive tape (Black Cotton Tape not acceptable). Adhesive shall be used additionally with VOC level not exceeding 50 grms / Litre. ( All insulation should be laying by internally ).

Supply & Installation of fire proof Canvas Connection for units. Canvas connector should be Silicon Coated both side, and Canvas shall be thermally rated for 2 hours.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of manually operated, opposed blade, duct mounted, flanged volume control dampers of required sizes in GI construction complete with operating mechanism, mounting arrangement, rubber refrigerant kits etc. complete.

Supplying and erecting flat flexible 4 core 1.5 sq mm PVC sheathed copper cable suitably clamped at fixed intervals.

Supplying and erecting flat flexible 6 core 1.5 sq mm PVC sheathed copper cable suitably clamped at fixed intervals.

Supplying and erecting aluminium powder coated lineargrill of suitable size for width length withcollar dampers having matching colour with the existing false ceiling and suitable for deflection of 15/30/45 degree.
