Supply, install, testing and commissioning, factory assembled silent diesel Engine driven generating set , fully wired alternator AC to given an output of 180 KVA/ 144 KW continuously rating at a PF of 0.8 lagging, 415 Volts AC 3 phase 4 wire 50 Hz +/-1% supply, 1500 RPM, directly coupled with diesel engine specification complying BS 5514, ISO 3046 , IS 1460 , ISO 9001 , ISO 8528 & IS 13018 and complying latest CPCB norms for exhaust gases. DG Set shall be water cooled mounted on Channel iron common base frame with AC Alternator complete with fuel tank provided within canopy on base frame (Service tank) of adequate capacity with fuel line and accessories, including PCC /RCC foundation work as per manufacturer instructions, vibration and damper pads (AVM), control panel and other accessories etc and comprising of the following:-

(I) Engine :- (a) HS Diesel driven 6 cylinder, in-line 4 stroke, radiator cooled with blower fan engine and fully controlled by Electronic Engine control module (b) Air handling system with dry type, Replaceable paper element air cleaner with restriction indicator & Air to air after cooler (c) Turbocharger, electrical lift pump for faster response (d) Fuel injection pump system with electronic governing (e) Dual fuel filter system: Pre & main filter including water separator and Water In Fuel sensor. (f) Integral set-mounted radiator system, designed for 50°C ambient temperature ƒƒ (g) Full flow spin on lube oil filter ƒƒwith plate type lube oil cooler. (h) 2 No of 12 V 130 AH DC lead acid batteries having 4 year warranty with terminals and cables. (j) Electrical starter motor with soft start engagement feature ƒƒ (k) Bty charging alternator ƒ, 12 V DC Self starter, Fuel pipe C Class STIC of suitable size (l) Emergency stop button (m) Compressing ratio : 16.8 :1 (n) Bore and stroke :-108x130 mm (o) Engine Power 243.1 KWm

(II) Alternator :- (a) Brushless Exitation type, Screen protected, Revolving field, Self excited alternator conforming to IS 4722,IS 13364 Suitable rated at 0.8 PF, 415 V- 440 V, 3 Phase, 4 wire 50 Hz, at 1500 RPM, self excited and self regulated with AVR , screen protected, drip proof, suitable Insulation class, self ventilated for engine as mentioned here in before (b) ƒƒ 3 Phase reconnectable copper winding with terminals brought out for connection ƒƒ (c) Sealed bearings for alternator (d) Having IP 23 Enclosure, H Class of insulation, voltage regulation +/- 1% (e) unbalance load capability :- 25 % of rated current

(III) DG Control Panel :- (a) Control panel is made up of 14/16 gauge CRCA sheet and is powder coated for weather-proof consists of the following parts :- (a) Micro processor based DG Controller module (b) Aluminum bus bars with suitable capacity with incoming/ outgoing terminals ƒƒ (c) Indicating lamps for ‘Load ON’ and ‘Set Running’ ƒƒ (d) Instrument fuses duly wired and ferruled ƒƒ (e) MCCB of suitable rating with overload and short circuit protections

(IV) DG controller :- (i) Microprocessor based generator Controller system to set monitoring, metering and control system with LCD display such as the following parameters :- (a) Control System : Digital AVR, Digital electronic governing & Remote start-stop ƒƒ (b) Engine metering: : Oil pressure, Coolant temperature, Bty voltage, Engine speed ƒƒ (c) Alternator metering : Line to Line Voltage and Line to Neutral Voltage, Current (single and 3 phase), Volt-Amperes (phase and total) and Frequency. ƒƒ (d) Engine protection: Low lube oil pressure, High/Low coolant temperature, Over speed, Bty Over/Under/Weak Volts, Fail to crank/start, Sensor failure. ƒƒ (e) AC Alternator protection : Over/Under voltage, Over/Under frequency, Over current, Short circuit and Loss of AC sensing. ƒƒ (f) Data logging: Engine hours, Control hours, Engine starts and up to 10 recent fault codes ƒ, 12 /24 Volt DC operation ƒƒ Sleep mode

ƒƒ(IV) Silencer :- Silencer suitably optimized to meet stringent noise emission standards laid down by MoEF / CPCB (V) Mounting Arrangement and Fuel tank :- Engine and alternator are mounted on a common MS fabricated base frame with AVM pads. ƒƒ Base frame with integral fuel tank having storage capacity not less than 8 hrs factory made HR/MS Sheet of suitable thickness is provided with drain plug, air vent, inlet and outlet connection, level indicator and provision for cleaning (VI) AMF Panel :- Microprocessor / Relay based pedestal mounted indoor use AMF control panel of suitable rating made up of 3 mm thick CRCA Sheet steel enclosure duly painted with power coated double contactor type for mains and alternator with necessary aluminium bas bar for 3 phase, 4 wire system including necessary relays, timer, fuses, interconnection copper cabling work including fixing on floors by grouting, PCC work complete.

(VII) Acoustic Enclosure :- (i) Designed to meet stringent MoEF/ CPCB norms of 75 dBA @ 1 Mtr at 75% load under free field conditions. ƒ(ii) The acoustic enclosure is made of CRCA sheets as per OEM shade and a structural/ sheet metal base frame painted in black ƒƒ (iii) High quality noise absorbent and fire-retardant grade acoustic insulation material (PU Foam) complying to IS 8183 ƒƒ (iv) Two point / base lifting for easy handling at site (v) Air inlet louvers designed to operate at rated load ƒƒ (vi) UV resistant powder coating of all parts to withstand extreme environment ƒƒ (vii) Fluid drains for lube oil and fuel ƒƒ (viii) Fuel filling arrangement inside the enclosure (ix) Inside illumination - 01 No - LED fitting of suitable capacity (VIII) First fill of Lubricants, Coolant & Fuel :- (i) First fill of oil, coolant as per OEM recommendations and diesel during testing for 12 hrs as per CA provn. Note : a) PCC foundation for DG Set will not be measured separately and is inclusive in the rate. The following items are deemed to be included in the rate quoted for all DG sets:- (i)DHPP for testing purpose shall be supplied by the contractor without any extra cost to Department.

(ii)The contractor shall arrange for artificial load (water load/Electrical load) for testing for final testing of DG Set at site and the cost is deemed to be including in above offer. (iii) Testing of sound level should carried out at the site in presence of Engineer-in-Charge (iv) One set of latest Spare part catalogue with price, exploded view of parts and user's manual are deemed to be included in the offer. (v)All civil works including foundation for DG Set as per manufacturer's drawing/ specification, foundation for AMF panel . (vi)The rate quoted is deemed to be included for initial filling of radiator coolant and lubricating oil up to level

Excavation in trenches 1.5 Mtr wide and not exc 1.5 Mtr deep in hard/dense soil getting out and leveling of bottom surface to required level for laying UG cable/erection of poles complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches 1.5 Mtr wide and not exc 1.5 Mtr deep in soft/disintegrated rock getting out and leveling of bottom surface to required level complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches by cutting of road crossing/PCC hard standing, under boundary wall for laying of pipe/cable including making good the existing surface with same finish to match the original finish complete all as specified and directed.

Returning filling in, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25cm thick complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material of soils from site to a distance not exc 50 mtr away and depositing where directed not exc 1.5mtr from the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Supplying & Laying in trenches riddled Sand for cushioning under ground cable 8 cm below and 15 cm above complete in level complete all as specified and directed. Note: Punned thickness only will be measured and paid.

Supplying & Laying precast concrete cable cover, class LV, type 1, flat, size 250mm x 150mm x 40mm in trenches for protect to under ground cable complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying under ground LT Cable XLPE insulated heavy duty armoured sheathed 1100 volts grade of cross sectional area 240 Sq mm, 3.5 core, with aluminium conductor, ISI marked as per IS : 7098( Part-1) along with suitable size aluminium cable lugs, gland, clamps if required and jointed in any description complete all as specified.

All as above item No. 9 but of size 120 sqmm 3.5 core all as specified.

Material and labour for Point wiring complete with 1100volt grade PVC insulated unsheathed multistranded 1.5 sqmm copper conductor cable confirming to IS 694 FRLS drawn through and including rigid PVC casing and capping medium grade of size 25/20 mm, etc fixed on wall/ceiling/iron frame including provision of 1.5 sqmm PVC unsheathed copper conductor and connected to earth duly, including provision of pressed steel terminal box with 3mm thick plastic laminated sheet top cover for housing switches sockets etc concealed or fixed on wall complete all as specified and directed. (a) One light point controlled by one switch

Material and labour for sub main wiring with two runs of single core 4 Sqmm FRLS Copper conductor PVC insulated unsheathed cable as per IS 694-1990 (third revision) drawn through & including PVC casing caping (double interlock type) of suitable width medium duty with all accessories such as Tees, elbows, junction boxes etc, as required fixed on wall along with one run of 4 Sqmm single core FRLS insulated unsheathed copper conductor cable as continuous earth wire and connecting to existing main switch board/ distribution board and testing on completion etc complete all as specified and directed. (Note :- Two runs of cable, one run of earth continuity conductor and one run of PVC casing caping/conduit shall be measured as one unit, drilling hole on walls/floors/ceiling to pass conductor all included in the rate)

Supply and fix in repairs MCB DB SPN double door 4 ways all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix GI pipe light grade ISI marked including all fittings on wall or laid on floor as required position of size 80 mm bore all as directed.

Material and labour for Earthing complete with Galvanised earth plate electrode 600 x 600 x 6 mm thick buried directly in ground earth pit not less than 2.25mtr deep below normal ground level with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 mtr below normal ground level connected to galvanised earth wire 4 mm dia by mean of nuts/bolts, check nuts and washers of brass as shown in electrical plate No. 5 of SSR part-I including necessary excavation and earth work, GI Pipe 15 mm bore light grade for watering with Funnel, wire mesh and protection to earth lead shall be provided with GI pipe light grade 20 mm dia up to 7.5 mtr from the earth plate electrode and refilling of soil including adequate quantity of charcoal dust and common salt etc & earth work in any strata, PCC pit chamber in cement mortar 1:3:6 type C-2 with 40 mm thick Precast RCC cover slab 1:2:4 type B with 8 mm dia TMT bar and handle with lifting hooks including testing any type complete all as specified and as directed.

Surface Excavation not exceeding 30 Cm deep and averaging 15 Cm deep and getting out in Soft/disintegrated rock complete all as specified and directed.

Removing Excavated soils in soft disintegrated rocks exc 250 m not exc 500 M and depositing where directed at a level not exc1.5 M above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for hardcore of gauge not exceeding 63 mm of broken stone, deposited, spread and leveled layers not exceeding 15 cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface complete all as specified and directed.

100 mm thick Cement concrete type C2, 1:3:6 (using 40 mm graded granite stone aggregate) in sub base of flooring/ hard standing complete all as specified and directed.

Machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 60 mm thickness, M-35 Grade with grey cement and pigment complete all as specified and directed.

Sand filling under floors or in foundations including watering and consolidation complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour PCC type B1 1:2:4 using 20 mm graded aggregate in kerbs complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix Pre- painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix Mild steel roof trusses (framed), Trussesd, purlins, crane gantries, rails and framings and heavy bracket framing (Beam, tee, angle, channel or flat sections) confirming to Fe 410-W including cleats, distance pieces, plates and fasteners etc complete all as specified and directed.

Preparation of new steel surfaces and applying two coats of epoxy anti corrosive paint over a coat of zinc primer complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of stone /boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc., but excluding ashlars facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and directed.

Pre - cast cement concrete masonry with Grade C-5.0, (20mm graded stone aggregate) with solid blocks wall built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.
