Sub Estimate : No. :1 - M & R to W/S/S at Nashik/Sinner/Vinchur/Dindori.....Annual Maintenance contractfor repairs & maintenance of VT pump sets at various pumping stations atNashik/Sinner/Vinchur/Dindori. (As & when required)

Dismantling & overhauling of Vertical Turbine pumps from the position from Bell Mouth to Discharge Head including cleaning, checking, aligning, assembling i.e. refitting, commissioning with trial run on no load & full load for at least 30 minutes including replacement of spare parts, fasteners (which shall be made available by MIDC at free of cost at site of work) etc. complete as per site requirements.

(1) 10 HP to 50 HP (PWPH) @Sinner/Vinchur/Ambad/Malega on/Akrale)

Above 50 HP to 100 HP (PWPH at Satpur & RWPH at Gangapur dam & Nadur Madhmeshwar dam)

150 HP (RWPH at Gangapur dam)

215 HP vertical submersible pump ( RWPH,Gangapur dam)

540 HP Pump (RWPH at .00Palse)

Supply of High tensile MS nut Bolt for column assembly, bowl assembly and discharge head of pump, etc.

Checking of trueness of old 300 mm dia. x 1.5 mtr. Long MS column pipe including machining of faces of flanges on lathe and fitting of spider as per direction of Engineer in-charge including necessary transportation, etc complete.

Fabrication of spares for the pumping machinery suitable to match with the existing fitments & as per actual site conditions including cost of material, salvage, machining,labour, taxes & duties, incidentals, overheads, packing & forwarding etc. complete as per designation given below.

Rewinding and repairs of Squirrel cage induction motors, 440 V, 3 phase, 50 cycles/sec. 1500 RPM with F class insulation including baking, varnishing, painting etc. (The scrap of winding material shall be retained by rewinder.)

Rewinding and repairs of double squirrel cage induction motors (VSS), 3.3 V, 3 phase,50 cycles/sec. 1500 RPM, 540HP/400KW with F class insulation including baking,varnishing, painting etc. (The scrap of winding material shall be retained by re-winder.)

Rewinding and repairs of 150 HP vertical submersible pump squirrel cage induction type motor, 440 V, 3 phase, 50 cycles/sec. 1500 RPM with H class insulation including baking, varnishing, painting etc The scrap of winding material shall be retained by rewinder.)

Servicing and overhauling of motors, including removing from location, dismantling cleaning the winding, drying, applying, arnish,baking,changing the bearing if necessary (bearing will be supplied by MIDC) greasing the bearing,assembling, and giving satisfactory trials on No load and full load etc.

Rewinding of electricmotor above 3 HP upto 5 HP three phase upto 1400 RPM of all types and makes with copper wire confirming to IS 13730 : 2012, overhauling with minor repairs, lubricating of ball bearings & bush bearing, replacing screws etc. testing for the original speed and no load consumption with guarantee for one year

Rewinding of submersible pump motor in borewell of all types and makes up to and including 5 HP with coated copper wire conforming to IS 13730 : 2012, overhauling with minor repairs, lubricating of ball bearings & bush bearing, replacing screws etc. testing for the original speed, H.P. and no load consumption & guarantee for one year.

Rewinding of submersible pump motor in borewell of all types and makes above 5 HP up to 25 HP with coated copper wire conforming to IS 13730: 2012, overhauling with minor repairs, lubricating of ball bearings & bush bearing, replacing screws etc. testing for the original speed, H.P. and no load consumption & guarantee for one year
