Demolition of cement concrete unreinforced in ground floors and pavings n.exc. 15cm thick above or below ground level including removal of debris out of MoD Land.

M&L PCC 1:2:4 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) in post holes and foundation complete all as specified and directed.

S&F rolled mild steel work in tubular trusses including special shaped washer etc. complete using ERW (electric run welded) or induction butt welded tubes conforming to IS 1161-1979 grade St-240 complete fabrication, erection and all as specified and directed.

S & F for Plain, galvanised, mild steel sheeting 0.63mm, in ridges, hips, valley gutters, drips and straight flashing (length and girth as fixed) with grade of zinc coating 275 as specified

S&F for pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550Mpa as in roof covering/ cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws , complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L in repairs MS work (flat iron, round bar) and framed brackets of angles, joist, channel, angle or tee sections fixed independently without connecting plates ect cut to shape (cut to ordinary length i.e within 20mm of the length indicated) drilled and cuntersunk for screws, including bending and welding as necessary, confirming to fe-410-0 or fe 310-0 including removing of old brackets and remove to store including necessary welding and nut & bolts complete as specified and directed.

S&F plain / MS plate, channels, square cut ot notched (ordinary and counter sunk, forming holes without any attachment Fe-410-W (Gde E-250 quility A )complete all as directed by Engineer-in charge.(Appx ht 40 Ft)

M&L for preparation of new steel surfaces of any description over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide primer all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of old steel surfaces of any description and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified incl all necessary scaffolding etc.

Taking down cement plaster, any description on brick or stone walls and ceiling including racking of joints hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc for storey as directed by Engr-in-Charge incl all necessary scaffolding etc.

M&L for 20mm thick plastering by using ready mix cement mortar in Cement mortar 1:6 in 2 coats (15 mm thick backing coat and 5 mm thick setting coat mixed with water proofing compound) on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces, finished even and smooth (w/o using extra cement) all as specified and directed incl all necessary scaffolding etc.

M&L preparation of new plastered or unplastered surfaces of walls including scrapping and applying two coats of oil bound distemper over layer of smooth wall care putty finish as required punning 3mm thick over a coat of primer strictly as per manufacture instruction with smooth roller finish complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brick work built cement mortar of any position as directed by Engr-in-Charge

M&L Brick work with subclass 'B' bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for Rendering 15 mm thick cement plaster in cement mortar 1:6 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for complete removal of existing treatment by washing down and smoothing old surface of walls including scrapping and applying two coats of oil bound distemper with smooth roller finish any floor incl Scafolding,complete all as specified and directed.

M &L 50 mm Cement concrete type -C2 , 1:3:6 ( 40 mm graded aggregate ) finishing cement concrete surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified

M&L 25 mm thick Sand filling for or sub base of finishes including consolidation all as specified.

S&F 60 mm Machine pressed precast interlocking paver block any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 , M-35 grade with grey cement and pigmentfixed with cement all as specified

Material and labour for PCC (1:2:4) type B1, using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in coping, kerb stone pcc or similar places etc incl dismantiling of exsting concrete complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Providing and laying at or near ground level factory made kerb stone of M-25 grade cement concrete in position to the required line, leveland curvature, jointed with cement 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand), including mortar making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints except at sharp curve shall not to more than 5 mm), including making drainage opening wherever required complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L Hardcore of gauge not exc 63mm broken stone or boulders but not exc 75mm, deposited, spread and levelled in layers not exc 15 cm thick, watered and rolled/rammed to a true surface for levelling the surfaces,complete all as specified and directed.

M & L 75 mm thick cement concret type B-2 1 : 2 : 4 ( using 40 mm graded aggregate as in floor finishes, plinth protection, including demolitionn complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 80 mm thick interlocking paver block machine pressed of any size and shape as approved by GE

M & L 100 mm thick cement concret type C-2 1 : 3 : 6 (using 40 mm graded aggregate as in floor repairs, sub base similar work ,including demolition complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC type B1 1:2:4 (20mm graded aggregate) in window or cills, lintels, copings, pier caps, columns, posts, boundary pillars set in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified.

M&L for PCC (1:2:4) type B1 using 20mm graded stone agg as in Cement concrete in foundations, filling and mass concrete finished even and smooth incl demolition complete all as specified.

M &L for forming expansion joints 100 mm deep x 12 mm wide filled with pre-formed bituminous filler and top 30mm primed and sealed with sealing compound, grade A.
