M&L for Glazed ceramic colour tiles in vertical surface 300x200x 7 mm thick set andjointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colour cement to match with tiles, 10 mm thick rendering on fair faces of concrete surface of verticle in CM (1:3) finished even and smooth without using extra cement, incl dismantling and rubbish off the primises etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note : shade & design as approved by EIC/GE.

M&L for 18 to 20 mm thick Kota stone slab flooring (Machine cut) of any size laid over and incl 20mm thick bedding layer in cement mortar 1:6 over neat cement slurry @ 3Kg/sqm over sub base , jointed and pointed in grey cement mixed with pigment to match the shade of slab including rubbing and polishing to achieve mirror finish complete as in flooring complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for Granite 18-20mm thick (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, window- cills, cooking platforms, wash basin platform and like in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling stone slabs and tiles of any discription laid dry or laid dry and pointed in floors, aprons etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L for 75 mm thick PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40 mm agg. ) in sub base of flooring and complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
