The joints system will be of extruded aluminum base members, self aligning / self centering arrangement and support plates etc. as per ASTM B221-02. The system shall be such that it provides floor to floor /floor to wall expansion control system for various vertical localtion in load application areas that ccommodates multi directional seismic movement without stress to it's components. System shall consist of metal profiles with a universal aluminum base member designed to accommodate various project conditions and finish floor treatments. The cover plate shall be designed of width and thickness required to satisfy projects movement and loading requirements and secured to base members by utilizing manufacturer’s pre-engineered self- centering arrangement that freely rotates / moves in all directions.

Outdoor Units
Supply, installation, testing & commissioning of Modular type outdoor units equipped with highly efficient scroll compressors (OEM manufactured) fully inverter controlled and Inverter technology used for compressor should be of IGBT with IPM technology, special heat exchanger with blue fin coating to protect against corrosive environment, low noise condenser fan & includes full charging of R-410A refrigerant. The compressor should be 100% inverter based Scroll compressor system . Capacity regulation of DC inverter compressor shall have precise capacity control technology of 0.1 Hz increments inverter frequency to achieve minimum 990 Steps to optimize energy efficiency during part load operation and to maintain stable condition in the room. VRF unit shall contain vapour injection system to reduce compressor power and to help unit work under adverse ambient condition. The system also should have PHE to increase sub cooling to improve the over all efficiency of machine
The unit shall also have feature to automatically modulate the evaporating temperature between 4 deg C to 14 deg C with respect to load for better comfort and energy efficiency.
Supply Installation, Testing & Commissioning of Modular type VRF Outdoor units equipped with highly efficient Fully Inverter scroll compressors, Special heat exchanger with Anticorrosive & Hydrophylic Blue coating on Condenser Fins to protect against costal and corrosive environment. The Outdoor Unit shall be Factory Charged & Tested with R-410A refrigerant.
VRF unit is with Two stage oil separation system, to retain maximum oil within the Outdoor Unit & avoid seperate Ideal RUN of compressor for oil recovery. The Outdoor Shall be capable with capacity control technology with utilizes precise temperature monitoring by +/- 0.1 Deg C and control of scroll compressor frequency to reduce compressor on/off cycles and improve temperature stability under part-load conditions with with 0.1Hz precision. The VRF System must keep on running even incase of any Indoor Failure.The unit shall deliver the rated capacity at 35 Degree C ambient and work even at 52 Degree C ambient temperature without tripping.
The UNITS are suitable for operation on 415+/- 10%- volts, 50 Hz. 3 Ph AC supply and shall be comprise of 100% Inverter Compressor with more than 990 steps , Accumulator and Air-cooled condenser, fan with motor the system comprising, vibration isolation pads, as required. The Condensing Unit must have ESP ≥ 80PA for longer air discharge with ducting.
The VRF Outdoor Unit must have WI FI or NFC to get system operation data access remotely through Smart Phone or Tablet .
The COP at AHRI conditions (35 deg C) at 50% load shall not be less than 4.0 and IEER not less than 6.5. The System must comply the Indian Green Building Code Standards.
