M&L for Machine cut kota stone slab flooring, 20-25 mm thick , set and jointed in cement slurry over & including 20 mm thick screed in cement mortar 1:6 and pointed in cement mixed with pigment to match the shade of slab including rubbing, cutting and mirror type polishing complete all as specified and directed .

M&L Machine cut kota stone slab 20-25 mm thick as in skirting, set and jointed in cement slurry over & including 15 mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 and pointed in cement mixed with pigment to match the shade of slab including rubbing, cutting and mirror type polishing complete all as specified and directed .

M&L for 20mm thick white marble as in borders, set with neat cement slurry @ 3Kg/Sqm and pointed with white cement slurry over & including 20 mm thick screed in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed .

M&L for 15mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:6 ,on any face of brick walls or concrete surfaces, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed .

Taking down and refixing shutters of any description (wooden/aluminium) exc 1 sqm and n.exc 2 sqm each including easing, adjusting and cutting the shutter along over all width equally with builder's hardware as required and ordered to fix the same properly complete all as specified & directed. Note:- Qouted rate shall be deemed to included the cost of additional builder hardware required to refix the shutters.

Preparation of new plastered surfaces of walls & applying two coats of oil bound distemper over chalk whitening complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint on old painted wood or wood based surfaces of any discription over 10 cm width or girth after preparation of surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of old surfaces of walls and applying one coat of oil bound distemper complete all as specified and directed .
