Taking down of old unserviceable LT panel of any discription and size including demolishion of PCC foundation and all accessories such as MCCBs / Cubical type switchs / Measuring instruments / indicating lamps etc. complete all as directed by engineer -in -charge.

Supply, fabricating, installation, testing , commissioning and electrically connecting LT panel Board of size 100cm x 80cm x 50 cm , 415 volts ,factory made , machine pressed , dust and vermin proof , out door type made with CRCA sheet 3.15 mm thick , LT Panel internally and externally shall be painted with expoxy powder coating paint with 7 tank process for treatment of degreasing, pickling & two coats primer, before being given the stove epoxy finish. , both side opening in two halves with rubber beading , including aluminium bus bar of 300 Amp capacity, 4 strip mounted on porcelain insulator , bus bar chamber and shall be provided with inspection covers , Each MCCB / Cubical switch shall have be indipendent opening panel and shall be mounted with angle iron frame and legs made from angle iron of size 40mm x 40mm x 5mm frame including lifting arrangement and legs duly spray painted with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chromate primer , embeding and grouting in PCC 1:2:4 type B:1 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate foundation including necessay earth work complete , including all connections / control wiring incoming / outgoing with suitable size of PVC insulated copper conductor cable of 1100 / 650 vot grade comprising of following accessories including testing complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge (a) MCCB 200 Amps , 4 Pole 36 KA with adjustable thermal setting = 80-100% and magnetic setting 50 Hz , Icu = Ics = 100% - 01 No. ( incomming ) (b) MCCB 63 Amps , 4 Pole 25 KA with adjustable thermal setting = 80-100% and magnetic setting 50 Hz , Icu = Ics = 100% - 02 Nos. (Outgoing) (c) Indicator lamp R,Y,B = 01 Set of three

Supply, fabricating, installation, testing , commissioning and electrically connecting LT junction box cubical type of size 60cm x 40cm x 30 cm,415 volts ,factory made , machine pressed , dust and vermin proof , out door type , made with CRCA sheet 3.15 mm thick , Junction Box shall be powder coated with 7 tank process for treatment of degreasing, pickling & two coats primer, before being given the stove epoxy finish. , Front opening with single door with provision of rubber beading and locking system , including aluminium bus bar size 100 Amp rating ( one set of 04 bus bars ) with PVC slieve supported on insulator with provision of hole on bus bar for fixing of cable mounted on PVC / epoxy insulators, mounted on angle iron legs frame made with angle iron size 25mm x25mm x 5mm and legs duly spray painted internally and externally with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer ,legs grouted in PCC(1:2:4) Type B-1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) including necessay earth work complete , including all provision of opening for incomming/outgoing cables and testing complete all as directed by Engineer-in Charge.

Supply,Fixing and testing LT Air circuit breaker 800 Amp . 4 pole , 415 volts , 50 Hz, 65 KA, microprocessor release Manual draw out type complete all as per manufacturers instructions and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Cutting / trimming of tree branches upto 1.50 metre distance on each side and 3.00mtr distance on both sides of LT over head lines including collection and removal from road complete all as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note :-For measurement and payment purpose each span shall be considered as 40.00 mtr. Span.If the length of span is less than 40.00mtr measurment and payment shall be considered proportionally.

Opening / disconnecting the electrical connection of defective / burnt out underground LT cable of any size any core from main switch / DB / junction box / LT panel / L T O/H line etc. Taking out the required length of cable from existing loop, cutting the defective portion of cable ,providing required thimbles / connectors at cable end and reconnecting the cable in previous location with existing main switch / DB / Junction box / LT panel / OH line etc all as directed BY Engineer-in-charge. Note:- (i) the cost of required earth work ie excavation,returning filling,relaying of sand / bricks and cost of drawing the required length from protection pipe ,breaking of required brick work / plaster / concrete and redoing the required cement work to match the existing surface is deemed to be included in quoted rates and nothing extra should be paid on this account.

Supply and fixing in replacement MCCB, 3 phase, 4 pole, 415 volt of capacity 400 Amp, short circuit, breaking capacity not less than 50 KA , thermal setting 80-100%, Ics-100% Icu confirming to IEC-947, IS-13947 type OH, including thimbles, nuts, bolts, washers etc disconnecting and making incoming, outgoing connections complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge .

Supply and fixing in replacement MCCB, 3 phase, 4 pole, 415 volt of capacity 315 Amp, short circuit, breaking capacity not less than 36 KA , thermal setting 80-100%, Ics-100% Icu confirming to IEC-947, IS-13947 type OH, including thimbles, nuts, bolts, washers etc disconnecting and making incoming, outgoing connections complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge .

Supply and fixing in replacement MCCB, 3 phase, 4 pole, 415 volt of capacity 250 Amp, short circuit, breaking capacity not less than 25 KA , thermal setting 80-100%, Ics-100% Icu confirming to IEC-947, IS-13947 type OH, including thimbles, nuts, bolts, washers etc disconnecting and making incoming, outgoing connections complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge .

Supply and fixing in replacement MCCB, 3 phase, 4 pole, 415 volt of capacity 200 Amp, short circuit, breaking capacity not less than 25 KA , thermal setting 80-100%, Ics-100% Icu confirming to IEC-947, IS-13947 type OH, including thimbles, nuts, bolts, washers etc disconnecting and making incoming, outgoing connections complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge .

Supply and fixing in replacement MCCB, 3 phase, 4 pole, 415 volt of capacity 100 Amp, short circuit, breaking capacity not less than 25 KA , thermal setting 80-100%, Ics-100% Icu confirming to IEC-947, IS-13947 type OH, including thimbles, nuts, bolts, washers etc disconnecting and making incoming, outgoing connections complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge .

Material and Labour for Preparation of the old painted surfaces of feeder piller box / panel of any size any description and in any position including removel of faded & deteriorated paint either by hand scrubbing or by blow lamps , applying necessary filler coat and scrapping as required and applying two coats of synthetic enamelled paint (grey in colour) with using spray machine after coat of primer complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and Labour for Repair to LT panel board body by replacing with new MS sheet of existing gauge size and shape including applying two coats of synthetic enamelled paint (Existing shade colour ) with using spray machine after coat of primer for door shutter / body of feeder piller, including replacement of broken hinges with new hinges complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer in Charge. Note:- The rate of two coats of synthetic enamelled paint and one coat of primer is included in this item and nothing shall be paid extra on this account. 2. For payment purpose weight of paint and premier shall not be considered. Measurement and Payment shall be made only on actual weight of MS sheet .Contractor shall not be claimed extra on this account.(iii) The rate of new hings in lieu of old broken hinges is included in this item. Payment shall be made as per actual weight of hinges as certify by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and fixing in replacement Aluminium bus bar 630 Amp capacity in existing LT Panel / feeder piller etc including provision of insulation tape TYB in colour and holes, nuts complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for replacement of indicator lamp in differenet colour code LED / Neon type (as per sample) complete (RYB) including wiring with copper conductor cable of suitable size complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
