Excavation for roadwork in soil with hydraulic excavator including cutting and loading in tippers, trimming bottom and side slopes, in accordance with requirements of lines, grades and cross sections, and transporting to the embankment location within all lifts and lead upto 1000m as per direction of E/I including cost of all material, labour, royalty, T&P and all other taxes as applicable but excluding cost of GST.

Construction of embankment with approved materials deposited at site within 1.0 km from roadway cutting and excavation from drain and foundation of other structures graded and compacted to meet requirement of table 300-2. as per direction of E/I including cost of all material, labour, royalty, T&P and all other taxes as applicable but excluding cost of GST.

Construction of embankment with approved material obtained from borrow pits with all lifts and leads 1.0 km, transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacting to meet requirement of table 300-2. as per direction of E/I including cost of all material, labour, royalty, T&P and all other taxes as applicable but excluding cost of GST.

Construction of granular sub-base by providing well graded material By Mix in place Mathod, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with front end loader at OMC, and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per MoRT&H specification clause 401. as per direction of E/I including cost of all material, labour, royalty, T&P and all other taxes as applicable but excluding cost of GST.

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to wet mix macadam Laying Using Grader including premixing the Material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant carriage of mixed Material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers with grader in sub- base/base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density as per MoRT&H specification clause 406 as per direction of E/I including cost of all material, labour, royalty, T&P and all other taxes as applicable but excluding cost of GST.

Providing and applying primer coat with emulsion SS1 grade on prepared surface of granular Base including clearing of road surface and spraying primer @ 0.70 kg/sqm using mechanical means as per MoRT&H specification clause 502 as per direction of E/I including cost of all material, labour, royalty, T&P and all other taxes as applicable but excluding cost of GST.

Recycling pavement by cold milling of existing bituminous layers, Using by Dense Graded Bituminous Macadam (Grading-II) using bitumen VG-30 content is 4.5% bitumen weight of mix. For reclaimed material, fresh bitumen will be required to the extent of 60% of normal requirement., planning the surface after cold milling, reclaiming excavated material to the extent of 30% of the required quantity, hauling and stock piling the reclaimed material near the central recycling plant after carrying out necessary checks and evaluation, adding fresh material including rejuvenators as required, mixing in a hot mix plant, transporting and laying at site and compacting to the required grade, level and thickness, all as MoRT&H specified in clause 519. as per direction of E/I including cost of all material, labour, royalty, T&P and all other taxes as applicable but excluding cost of GST.

Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen VG-10 using bitumen pressure distributor @ 0.20 kg/sqm on the prepared bituminous surface cleaned with mechanical broom as per MoRT&H specification clause 503 as per direction of E/I including cost of all material, labour, royalty, T&P and all other taxes as applicable but excluding cost of GST.

Providing and laying bituminous concrete Grading 2 with higher capacity batch type hot mix plant using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder VG-30 @ 5.4 % of mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MORTH specification clause No. 507 complete in all respects as per direction of E/I including cost of all material, labour, royalty, T&P and all other taxes as applicable but excluding cost of GST.

Construction of un-reinforced, dowel jointed, plain cement concrete pavement grade M-30 over a prepared sub base with 43 grade cement @ 400 kg per cum, coarse and fine aggregate conforming to IS 383, maximum size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25 mm, mixed in a batching and mixing plant as per approved mix design, transported to site, laid with a fixed form or slip form paver, spread, compacted and finished in a continuous operation including provision of contraction, expansion, construction and longitudinal joints, joint filler, separation membrane, sealant primer, joint sealant, debonding strip, dowel bar, tie rod, admixtures as approved, curing compound, finishing to lines and grades as per drawing as per MoRT&H specification clause 602 as per direction of E/I including cost of all material, labour, royalty, T&P and all other taxes as applicable but excluding cost of GST.
