Disconnecting electrically operated squirrel cage crane heavy duty motor of cap 13.4 HP, AC 3 phase, 415 Volts from existing location of electro mechanically driven winch unit by unscrewing of nuts, bolt and dismantlling all parts carefully, checking all components in and including servicing, greasing, oiling etc as applicable for smooth functioning complete all as per site requirements and reassembling, alignment of motor complete with electro mechanically driven winch unit and testing complete all as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Disconnecting motor of cap 1 HP 3 Phase 415 Volts in respect of locking pin unit from existing location of RTP by unscrewing of nuts, bolt and dismantlling all parts carefully, checking all components in and including servicing, greasing, oiling etc complete all as per site requirements and reassembling, alignment of motor complete with the existing pin unit and testing complete all as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note for Sl No. 1 to 2 : (i) If motor condition demands varnishing / insulation or rewinding works during servicing, the same shall be measured and paid separately under relevent item of this schedule.

Labour only for applying Greasing to spindles, guide rollers, platform locking pins etc arrangements of winch assembly unit - 01 No using necessary tools and plants, gease gun etc after dismanling all components carefully, removing of existing old grease and other lubricating materials from all parts by rubbing, scrapping and cleaning with the cotton waste, diesel and other cleaning material as applicable etc and applying fresh grease, assembling all parts carefully,alignment with winch unit properly testing complete all as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Labour only for applying Black cadmium compound to hoisting mechanism wire ropes, rope drum and rope pulleys of winch assembly - 01 No using necessary tools and plants etc after dismanling all components carefully, removing of existing old cadmium compound and other lubricating materials from all parts by rubbing, scrapping and cleaning with the cotton waste, diesel or other any cleaning material as applicable etc and applying fresh cadmium compound, assembling all parts carefully, alignment with winch unit properly, testing complete all as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Labour only for opening winch gearbox screws and nuts bolts, dismanling all components carefully, draining out existing oil from gearbox of winch assembly unit - 01 No using necessary tools and plants etc removing of old sludge and foreign material from gear box complete, overhauling of gear box parts complete and cleaning with the cotton waste, diesel or other any cleaning material as applicable etc and filling gear oil carefully, reassembling, alignment with winch unit properly, testing complete all as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Labour only for disconnecting electro hydraulic thruster operated brake from winch assembly unit, dismantling all components carefully, draining out existing hydraulic oil using necessary tools and plants etc removing of old sludge and foreign material from thruster unit complete, overhauling of thruster brake system complete and cleaning with the cotton waste, diesel or other any cleaning material as applicable etc and filling hydraulic oil carefully, reassembling, alignment with winch unit properly testing complete all as directed by Engineer-in-charge. NOTE FOR SL No. 1 to 6 :- (i) The job shall be paid twice in the contract period with an interval of Three months periodcity. (ii) Grease, Black cadmium compound, Gear oil and Hydrullic oil as applicable shall be measured and paid separately under relevent item of this schedule as "SUPPLY ONLY".

Taking up defective electrically operated squirrel cage crane duty motor of cap 13.4 HP, AC 3 phase, 415 Volts from existing location, checking, measuring no load current, IR value and winding resistance using micro ohm meter before winding insulation / varnishing to windings and dismantling of motor, measuring stator and rotor ID, carry out dynamic balancing of rotor if required, applying insulation varnish material to windings after removal of defective varnishing/insulations etc, assembling of motor, carry out no load current and KW study and alignment of all the loosen parts including re-fixing, connections, testing and commisioning complete all as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Taking up defective motor, 3 phase, 415 Volts, AC 1 HP capacity from the existing location, dismantlling, removing the burn out winding, rewinding with same gauge copper wire, insulating, varnishing, reassemble parts, re-fixing in the same position, testing and commissioning complete all as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Taking up defective mono block pumpset centrifugal motor of cap 5 HP AC 3 phase, 415 Voltscomplete from the existing location by unscrewing of nuts, bolt, dismantlling all parts, checking bushes, bearings and all other parts carefully, overhauling works to pump and motor complete in and includoing replacement of worn out bushes, bearings, rewinding works , varnish works complete as per site requirements and reassembling, alignment of motor with pump set complete in all respects, testing and commissioning complete all as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply only Grease in 20 kg bucket for Greasing spindles, guide rollers, platform locking pins etc of Radar Test Platform all as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Make : Castrol (Premium longlife) or equivalent specifications as apporved by GE.

Supply only Black cadmium compound in 18 kg bucket for hoisting mechanism wire ropes, rope drum and rope pulleys etc of Radar Test Platform all as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Make : Balmerol (Bluecoat 2B) or equivalent specifications as apporved by GE.

Supply only Gear Oil 90 grade or equivalent type suitable for filling / top up in winch gear box as per site conditions all as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply only hydraulic oil as per existing grade suitable for winch thruster break all as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Make for Sl No. 13 to 14 : Castrol/Shell/Servo.

Dismantlling, taking up old existing electro hydrulic Thruster operated brake assembly KTM type complete from the existing location of RTP winch unit with all connected items carefully by using necessary tools and plants, servicing, adjustament to brake system,repairing works as applicable for smooth functioning during entire currency of contract complete all as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material and labour for replacement of Break shoe assembly with liner complete all as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material and labour for replacement of Coupling suitable for 1 HP motor complete all as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material and labour for replacement PVC insulated cable armoured copper conductor of size 1.5 Sqmm drawn through existing conduit of any type and size surface type including all accessories complete for RTP lights / avaition lights as applicable all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply fixing testing bulk head fitting LED LED 10 Watt outdoor type complete with necessary holes, clamp arrangements etc on RTP as per site requirements cluding taking down old defective lights comlete all as directed by Engineer-in-charge

Supply fixing testing and commissioning outdoor type push botton box 4 way of NO / NC 16 Nos system for RTP hoist, lower lock and unlock etc in and including connected wirings cluding taking down old defective NO/NC system comlete complete all as per site requirements all as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Dismantling all cables carefully, Checking of existing electro driven Four winch units control panel control wirings, connected control fuses, relays, all connected parts and metering controls etc, taking out HRC fuses, over load protection relays and connected components, servicing,cleaning, resetting, caliberation of all items with alignment of operating panel, metering instruments including replacement of unserviceable minor nature parts and testing in all respects all as per site conditions, reconnections complete all as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Taking down existing old and defective load cell displayweigh controller panel located on top of Radar testing platform in and including disconnecting control wires from existing load cells from rope anchor positions of height 30 mtr (Appx) and other connected wires/ items carefully using required tools and plants as per site conditions complete all as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply, errection, fixing, caliberation, testing and commissioning of New electronics display weigh controller panel system on top of Radar Testing platform for weight monitoring system of existing weighing cap upto 80 Ton, weighing zone 8, No. of load cells - 08 Nos, 230 Volt, AC, rope type tension loadcell, loadcell cap 5 Ton, No of load cells - 08 Nos, weigh controller with 04 Nos sensors input side and 01 No sensor out put sidel,Power supply transformer module, Digitiliser - type Digital microprocessor based, input mV from loadcell through PCB display Digital 13 mm LED, No of display 4 (For individual weight) standalone mounting 230 Volts AC complete in all respects as per site requirement specifications complete all as directed by Engineer-in-charge.
