PART- B (Item Rate Basis)

Disposal of rubbish un-wanted material dismanted material, away from site at appropirate place including all lead and lift, loading unloading, transportation labour etc. As per direction of Engineer in charges.

Repairing of false ceiling, made of Gypsum board, dismantled including all necessary maerial i.e. gypsum board, frame work etc. complete finished with oil bound distemper.

Dismantling of interlocking blocks of 60mm thick and stacking of serviceable tiles away from site including all lead labour T&P complete in all respect.

Refixing of stacked old serviceable interlocking blocks of 60mm thick on 20mm thick (av.) bed of coarese sand the joints is to be filled with fine sand including all labour T&P complete in all respect.

Stacking of laid crusher broken ballast from yard screening & relaying of the same in the same yard as per specifications in layer not exceeding 15cm as per specifications including dressing etc. complete for all lead and lift complete as per direction of Engineer in CHarges.

Supply stacking and spreading of graded broken hard stone aggregate free from organic matter including stacking spreading in yard as per standard specifications of size 40 to 63 mm crusher broken including all lead and left transportation labour loading unloading T&P required fro gravelling work as per direction of Engineer in charhes including dressing of ground upto 15cm depth.

Repair of existing B /wall gate (inc. vicket gate if required) by providing necessary hinges/sleev, flat, pins, certain missed member of pipe, welding, transportation etc., complete for all lead & lift as per direction of Engineer In charge. Item including removing of gate frieght charges with rent of welding machine upto site and back.

Repair of aluminum doors, windows and partitions by disassembling and refixing including cost of changing rubber/neoprene gasket and other material like angle section, minor metered sections, steel bar if required, labour cost etc complete as per direction of engineer incharge

Supply, stacking, spreading & hand ramming of quary rabish in layer not exceeding 15cm (loose) including all lead & lift transportation, loading, unloading with watering & hand raming with labour including T&P, machinery, water etc., complete in all respect finishing in laying, level and camber as per direction of Engineer In Charge.
