M&L Earthing complete as per electrical plate No 5 of MES SSR Part I with galvanised steel plate earth electrode 60 cm x 60 cm x 6.0mm, burried directly vertically in ground in a pit of depth not less than 2.5 metres below ground level with the top edge of earth plate at a depth not less than 1.8m below normal ground level connected to and including galvanised iron or steel earth strip 32X6 mm by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel. S &F in repair notice board of size 3 feet x 4 feet of premium material green colour notice board / soft board / pin- up display board with 50 pins for pump house with Alloy Aluminium Frame, softboard Core, Premium Flocked Fabric (Velvet) Cloth surface & Virgin ABS Corner complete all as specified and directed.

Note:- (a) Contractor must deploy a faullt/leakage investigating and rectifying team within 4 hours of intimation of fault for attendimg the complaint and recitify it within 24 hours. (b) If contractor is failed to comply with the then penalty of Rs 1000 per day will be deducted (c) Material like MCB, MCCB, Starter (all type and size), Cable (all type), GI pipe, Column pipe, DI pipe, Sluice valve, NRV, butterfly valve etc shall be procured by contractor in one time for complete quantity as mentioned in BOQ, of approved make from authorised dealer of manufacturers within 30 days of date of commencement and purchase vouchers & manufacturers test certificate ( where applicable) shall be submitted by contractor before clam of payments (d) The contract sum shall be calculated by deducting the amount shown in Credit Schedule attached to this tender, from total amount of Schedule 'A'/BOQ
